Waited nearly two hours. No update given. 2 wasted dinners as wife had to go out with one of the kids! Prepare to wait when ordering from here, or better still find an alternative. No discount or offer of recompense offered. Driver was friendly and apologetic.

Just had a Sunday lunch and waffle delivery through just eat. Food was amazing, hot, lots of meat and veg. Gravy perfect. Had chicken and beef. Would def recommend and order again. Came an hour after ordering. Perfect.

This place is an absolute joke! I ordered food from here at 9.30am and by 11.20am it still had not arrived. When calling for an update on the delivery the customer service was nothing shy of disgusting. 11.30 food finally made an appearance and to be honest it should have just stayed in the cafe. I wouldn't bother ordering from this place and if I were uber eats I'd just remove it from the service.

Good home cooked English fare. Well presented and served with a friendly smile. Unless you order through just eat. In that circumstance you can't see the smile. But the food is much the same! Splendid!

Ordered 2 full English breakfasts via Uber Eats and the food took over 1 hour and a half to arrive. I've never waited that long even for a curry so seems excessive. Called the café to ask about our food after almost 1 hour and was told the driver had just left. We live a 5 minute drive from the café and had to ring 30 minutes later when it still hadn't arrived. All that was said was "he should be nearly there". 10 minutes later the food arrived and was just about luke warm (unsurprisingly). The bacon smelled a bit strange and the rest of the food was pretty bland, not one of the better breakfasts I've had from café's in the past. Looking at these reviews, bad delivery seems to be a common theme and when the food isn't worth the excessive wait.

Treated myself to a full English after a night shift where I didn't get a chance to grab a bite to eat. I was hoping to get some food in then sleep for my next shift. Ordered at 9.50am with an estimated delivery time of 10.35-10.55am which isn't too bad. It's now 12.18pm and the food still hasn't arrived. I called at 10.50am and I was told the food would arrive by 11am. I called at 11.15am and I was told they're waiting for a driver. I called at 11.45am and I was told the driver is on the way. Update: it has just arrived at 12.24pm, to be fair to them it's still hot, which only provides further evidence that they are grossly underestimating their delivery times and straight up lying to customers. I don't it's fair to make up estimates that are that way off especially when it effects others lives. Provide a slow service but at least be honest about it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! 2 hours no food, called to cancel and was told they couldn't as the system would not allow them to cancel. Tried to cancel via uber but as the order was technically still out for delivery they couldn't do anything. Rang back again to be told there is nothing they can do and that "its not life and death anyway its just some sandwiches"!! Long story short is that the manager and owner (terrifyingly) of this place told me I was not going to get either my food or money back claiming multiple times "its only 8 pounds"!!! After threatening to spend my afternoon clogging her phone line and preventing her from taking any more phone orders she cancelled the order!!!! Which I was told multiple times she couldn't physically do due to "the system" not letting her! This place is THE WORST place i have ever had the terror of ordering from. ACTUAL THIEVES WORK HERE!!!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Very disappointed. Ordered via Uber Eats. One and half hours for delivery (30min estimated). Wrong milkshake delivered. Toasted sandwiches had been wrapped in foil so just soggy warm ham and cheese sandwiches when they got to us

Ordered for delivery and the order arrived about 20 minutes later than anticipated. Hence the 1 star deduction.The food itself arrived hot and well packaged. For a few sandwiches they were presented well and didn't fall apart or stick to the packaging when opened. You could tell they had been made with care and that's always a great sign.I imagine when you're dining inside, it's an even better experience and would be fully deserving of the full 5 stars.

We ordered from just eat. Very pleasant delivery drivers. Fresh and delicious food. Really enjoyed it will be ordering again soon.Update- we have since ordered so many times. Recommended so much, officially our favourite cafe along with silly sausage in cannock.
