Lovely staff and then making the effort to know people's name personally when they are regulars is a lovely touch. Delicious coffee and clean fresh environment

Great service, they did get my drink wrong but eventually rectified it after emailing customer services. Other than that can't fault Starbucks.

I brought a reusable cup and instantly brought another. Welcoming staff (clearly overworked and underpaid), clean atmosphere and the nice weather added a nice touch to the place.

Parking here is run by crooks. Meters covered so no way to pay, the fines come later. Threatening letters. Appeals fail. Make sure you take photos to prove their dodgy practices. Starbucks I suggest you move elsewhere

One of the better shops of this chain. Staff are fabulous. Coffee is great too. Love the Cinnamon Swirls. No covid restrictions in place. Normal working hours.

Clean environment, especially for those who like sitting. The staff were helpful and polite - went in at around 4 pm today, the young lady who served me was very attentive. Overall, service was quick, too. Gentleman making the drinks was excellent.

Great coffee as expected, staff could do with more of a service with a smile. Early accessible for wheelchair and pram users. One toilet at the back but not sure about baby faculties.

Love the coffee. Don't like the waiting system for your order. Maybe LED screens with order name or number to alert you for collection. Social distancing would be easier to manage. At the moment it's crowded in a small area waiting for coffee.
