Subway Aldridge in Walsall

Great subway I just visited. The subway artist John was a gentleman. A really nice guy, friendly and professional and great to talk The service was fantastic!! Sub and coffee was made to perfection. Would definitely visit again he's a credit to subway!!

Becoming a nuisance now just eat and people turning up with a list of orders, I was just popping in to pick up one order on my way to start of shift then hav to wait for these guys to roll out there orders. Can't they phone any large order in.

One very rude member of staff! Who speaks to customers like rubbish. I am very well aware of circumstances and distancing to be told I blocked the entrance for customers when no customers was waiting. The guy behind counter didnt have an issue with it. Secondly listen to orders instead of making us wait outside the shop shouting orders through the door in which you was not allowed to stand by this way we wouldn't have had incorrect sandwiches. Discusting customer service. Will not return

Great subway. Always a pleasure and a great sandwich experience. Parking is available and great staff. I don’t even have to remember my own order anymore thanks to Jon. This subway makes my working day a more pleasant experience.

Food from this store is always excellent, served in an appetising way by skilled, friendly staff. Jon always customises salad boxes or subs to suit or comes up with suggestions for combinations that are always delicious. Jon knows his customers and remembers their orders, thats customer service for you!

They stick so regimently to the portion sizes that you get less than what you pay for. Any stray pieces of meat are quickly removed a d it's like a scientist pops up behind the counter andmeasures out your exact ingredients! Nice food but Subway is giving less but charging more!

Overall it is a good experience. However, if going in the morning some items have not been delivered. Decor is a bit dated but it is clean and service is quick. Easy parking as well, which is a bonus.

Always yummy, fresh ingredients and personable friendly fast service . Especially at the Aldridge location . All staff are knowledgeable and show loyalty to their customers! Can always guarantee you get what you pay for and you will always leave ,feeling satisfied!Thank you Subway 👍
