Went few weeks back before cinema my first ever TGI experience. Good was so nice & tasted so good. Food took its time to come but was worth the wait. But our lady server was lovely, so helpful & had great customer service skills. She helped us with ordering cocktails & very polite when we where asking what was in some dishes. She also remembered other 2 diners with me from few weeks before & greeted them so nicely again. Top customer service from our server & food was some of the best I've had. I had one of the biggest burger meals & I was gull but it was that good I had to eat it all lol. Also milkshakes are so delicious as well. It is quite expensive but for me you pay for what you get sometimes for a treat we have to spend extra to get quality. Thank you TGIs Walsall highly recommended by us.

we went for a meal for my nephews birthday and the food all came out at different times. my moms steak was also over cooked and cold. however, the staff dealt with the situation fabulously, refunded the food which was not up to par, re made the steak and deducted 25% off of our overall bill. handled brilliantly!

Disappointing.Overpriced and underwhelming.Haven't been here for a few years so thought I'd give it another go. Definitely not worth going for food but the cocktails were decent. The only good thing about the evening was our host was very attentive.

Great service. Good food. It was my Son's birthday and the staff all got him to stand on his seat and sang happy birthday to him (4 years old). Bottomless drinks. Would recommend

6 of us went, waitress was on her own, worked her backside off AND was still cheerful, couldn't fault. Food cooked well, husband's sirloin steak beautiful. Wish they'd put JD sauce on the table or Frank's. Just a thought.

Not been here for awhile, came when it first opened and wasn't very impressed with the quality. We ended up here because the TGI Fridays on the Hagley road wasn't accepting walk-ins (!!! On a Saturday afternoon !!!).Glad we did though, as the food was all lovely. Much improved from when it first opened. Steaks for the grown ups, ribs for the youngest and fajitas for our eldest. All cooked well, and very tasty.Waitress was very attentive, bottomless soft drinks were refilled whenever we needed. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, and she seemed to disappear (End of her shift I assume) just before we finished. All in, it was a lovely meal, only missing that final star because of a shortage of a few menu items (puddings mainly, which I find odd as the dessert menu isn't massive). None of which will stop us going back though.

Nice venue. Waiting staff were helpful. Slight issue was resolved. Only downside: the portion size on the steak and chips. Fries portion was small. Only got half a tomato as garnish. No mushrooms or salad. These cost extra. Bit stingy given the steak was nearly £20! Overall, a nice treat once in a while

I haven't been to a TGI Fridays for quite a few years as I wasn't impressed by my first visit, and I can see nothing has changed. The food was ok but very expensive and were small portions. There wasn't any atmosphere, no real interaction from the staff either. I don't think I'll be returning soon.

Food was great, and once seated the servers were really friendly and drinks/food served as quickly as you'd expect. However I've knocked a coupled of stars off as everything was really sticky and the menus were pretty filthy. Also the welcome was not that warm. Seemed to be taking a while to seat everyone despite being booked in. We were also checked in and sat down in the waiting area while they continued to welcome other people and seat them at their tables. The person who checked us in disappeared. We had to remind someone else them that we were there before being seated.
