Kayne and the team always make you feel welcome with their great hospitable service. Food is of a consistently high standard and although there were some unavailable items due to the upcoming menu changes, they managed to suggest suitable alternatives. Great atmosphere with friendly staff!

Lovely clean place.We had carvery which was excellent with all the usual meats and fresh veg.Prices very good along with service.Had a childs ice-cream as we were bursting.All in all I would definitely recommend.

We were a party of 4, meeting for lunch. We all chose the Carvery, myself the veggie option , which was 2 small tarts, everything was delicious. I had reserved our table and like the idea ro be greeted when you go in. It was busier than previous visits, everything was clean and tidy too. Well done I would say...enjoyable experience.

We were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats. We ordered our food and drinks from a very polite member of staff. Our food was served not long after ordering it. The food was hot, tasty, and plentiful. A lovely environment, nice staff, clean place, and an enjoyable experience. Thank you the Chestnut Tree.

We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table promptly. Carvery was served quickly, and plenty of choice available. The only think that was missing was the apple sauce, but this was only a minor

The staff are so friendly they are here to help, I went there didn't book a table but told use to wait get a Drink which me and my son did not long they got use a table but the down side was we had an hour to get our food and eat as well, me and my son Scott was in a quite a long queue when time passed over Half an hour passed we had to rush our food just in case any staff told use we had to finish and leave so this why the rating I given I would have given 3 half stars only because of how much time we had to eat. There a good offer on Fizzy drinks buy Pepsi Max drink as much as you want love this option meal was lovely fresh hot and enjoyable to what we did eat.

Service was great, it's fantastic that you have blue light discount also but the standard of food compared to other carveries let it down. The beef had a thick skin like outer crust that made it inedible, mash potatoes were so runny it was like baby food. Puddings were really nice however

Staff were very welcoming on arrival,We found vacant tables were clear and cleaned ready for next diners. Staff very friendly and helpful.Food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait very long for it.Was a lovely enjoyable visit.We visit here regularly and will definitely be coming back again soon. Went for the first time last week and the food was amazing, the service was really good, staff are so friendly ..and very efficient. Food is freshly cooked straight from the kitchen to the carvery. What a lovely place to eat. Highly recommended.
