The delivery was almost an hour and a half late and the food was completely cold. This was also the worst butter chicken I've ever had. Perhaps other dishes on the menu are better but such a waste of money and time.

·

Absolutely disgusting food, the curry had been defrosted and tasted so horrible I could make a better curry myself at home. You’d have to be drunk to think the food is any good.

Would give no stars if possible. Ordered food at 6.20pm with delivery due at 7.25pm and then an update saying 7.45pm. Come 8pm food had not arrived. Ended up calling just eat who called the restaurant who said they had tried to deliver but no one answered the phone when they rang. I had no missed calls and no one pressed the buzzer for my flat. They told just eat that they would not be attempting redelivery. Ended up having to cancel the order and order from somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting service. Will never order from here again, just glad I never paid on my card

The food is regularly well prepared and delicious, employees gives awesome service. I loved the cleanliness and character. I highly recommend this spot.

Food arrived 45 minutes late, and a naan bread was missing from the order. I phoned to ask where the order was, to be told by someone that "I'm ten minutes away, the longer I'm on the phone to you, the longer I'll be." I understand Saturdays are busy, but polite service and an apology goes a long way. The food was fine, average but no complaints. I won't order again after the rude service on the phone, totally unnecessary to be that abrupt on the phone to a paying customer. Couldn't be bothered to phone back and argue about the missing item. Easier just to go somewhere else next time.

Impossible to leave a bad review for this place. Food was nothing short of superb with service to match. Generous portions and excellent value for money. Wish they were closer to where I live but it will be my go to place whenever I'm in the area. Totally recommended.

·

Very good food, real authentic curry, staff very freindly and welcoming, building a bit run down hence not 5 star.

·

Great food. Bring your own drinks or buy pop. Inexpensive and not too 'up its own ass' like some other local food outlets....

·

An absolute excellent restaurant with a warm friendly welcome. Have been a customer for many years and would highly recommend. Food is always fresh and tasty.

I Had a takeaway delivered I was told a half hour wait got to me an hour later. Chips was soggy, tasteless and stone cold not to mention the naan bread which was burnt black and crispy. The rice was also tasteless. Overall very disappointed after phoning them only to be informed that they couldn't do a single thing as they was apparently closed for the night now. They refused to do anything. I was not spoken to like a customer who had just spent alot of money at all. They sounded like they didn't care about the condition of what they call "fresh cooking" infant it tasted like the scrap at the end of the night! I was utterly astounded at the lack of customer relations I recieved on the phone.I have been to many Indians baltis ETC and I have never been delivered crap like this!! I will never go there again!!Anyone who thinks buying from here then don't. It's a true waste of money there's more flavour and quality in a microwave curry!! BEWARE!!
