the Trafalgar in Walsall

Today June 19th Fathers Day we came. Tables were full of dirty uncollected glasses. Park is rotten and wobbly. Worst of all my husband pint glass had dried dirty sauce on it. Gave 2 stars because at least they have him a fresh pint after complaining. (He had drank 3 drinks our of it before noticing) Shame it's gone downhill, used to take my kids there most summers about 10yrs ago.

Food really nice and staff very freindly and helpful only one criticism the ladies toilets don't look like they have seen a cleaner for a long time black dirty floor and black all round the hinge on the toilet seat not nice

Four of us went to the 'Traff' this afternoon for our lunch. The meals came out piping hot and in good time. All 4 meals tasted very good with just enough sauces and cheese. Excellent

A warm and friendly place to come. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile here to make your visit an enjoyable time. Sam is an excellent manager, we have been coming here at least 22 years and Sam ranks at the top of the manager list here in our thoughts.

Sam is simply fantastic at what he does and watching this lovely pub go from strength to strength over the past 3 years under his management has been a pleasure to see. Food is always spot on and the quality of drinks is second to none. You won’t catch me anywhere else on a Friday and Saturday night! Keep up the great work Sam & your lovely team.

Lovely buffet for a recent wake of my uncle & the nicest whitley Neil rhubarb & ginger gin & lemonade I've ever tasted anywhere. Lemonade was fizzy & refreshing not like most places flat before it goes in the glass. Bar staff pleasant & helpful would definately go again

Such a great local! I’ve been using this pub for over ten years now and sam and his team have hit the nail on the head as far as local boozers go! Good and beer is at such a high quality for its prices and the entertainment creates such a good atmosphere! It will be a real shame to lose sam when the time comes to him leaving

Warm welcome from Sam and his staff. Very few chefs can cook a true "blue" steak without the plate swimming in blood too .... the chef here is a gem!!!!Ample parking; well stocked too with ales and spirits. Excellent ambience.Well done all.

Lovely little pub! We always come here for the quiz but stay for the food. The steaks are always amazing - cooked to absolute perfection. Sam and the team always make us feel welcome :)

Cannot fault this place, it is so warm and welcoming with a great family atmosphere. Sam and his team really do make you feel welcome and the entertainment they put on is such great fun. We're glad to have a local in this area everyone can enjoy!
