Abbey Field in Warwick

Had a 3 night stay here during a heatwave. Our room was comfortable enough although I would have liked some more drawers to put clothes in. The bed was comfortable, but we had to dispose of the quilt completely due to the heat. There were 2 fans in the room and I don't think we could have stayed without them. We had to have the window open throughout which meant that there was a lot of traffic noise. These were exceptional conditions, but I think that the company should think about air con. The food was good and any minor issues with it were quickly resolved. There was air con in the bar. The staff were friendly and obliging. Parking is free for guests. Overall a pleasant hotel but I wouldn't stay in hot weather.

Lovely meal our waitress Jodie was amazing full of smiles and positivity. Food was very good and pudding was amazing too.

Lovely place in a lovely quaint place. The restaurant/pub is a good size inside and pleasant to sit in. The service is good and friendly.Choice of drinks and food is plenty without being over whelming or the opposite. Only down side, and it could have been just this visit but I ordered a steak as pictured and it wasn't too good.If your staying here the night which I was there is parking for guests and this isn't charged. The hotel rooms are nice and clean as expected.The weather was hot on arrival but the room was prepared with a fan already keeping the room as cool as possible.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a training course nearby. The room was fine for the amount paid. Trying to get food from the pub was impossible. Even when it was less than a third full you were greeted with the response that they are fully booked and not serving food unless you have a reservation.My advice is to head over the road to the Virgins and Castle where the atmosphere is better and the welcome and food is great, even when it's busy!

This is a beautiful building and full of character, it was clean and our room/bathroom was a good size but they need soft door closures on all the doors. The restaurant had run out of salad and fish by the time we ate. Our meal was booked at 8pm yet we weren't served mains until 10 and the food itself wasn't great!

Thoroughly enjoyed a couple of days at the Abbey Field with my wife. Room was clean and spacious for our needs. Breakfast and Dinner were good quality and enjoyable. The staff at reception and in the dining room were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks.

we get to use this amazing venue every month for our paint night events, lovely staff, great food, fabulous decor. we love coming here.

Really cosy, clean and well located hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Good value for money. Located on scenic Kenilworth High Street but rooms far enough away from the road so no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean. A good ranging menu with tasty food. Will definitely return and recommend to visitors.

First visit for us today. Food was excellent,very fresh and tasty. Service was also first class. Very clean and a relaxed atmosphere 👌

I’ll be straight up… I stay at Abbeyfields a couple of times a year. Chosen for it’s geographic convenience for friends driving from ‘all over the U.K.’ Handy for NEC events. Wonderful staff, particularly the very helpful and obliging reception staff. We didn’t eat evening dinner in the restaurant this time but the full English breakfasts 🍳 were excellent. This time around would have just loved air conditioning in the simple and straightforward clean bedroom but in all honesty at this B&B rate… get real. Good air conditioned bar area. Decent parking, maybe EV charging facilities an aspiration for the future Truly lovely setting. Stunning Kenilworth High Street and Castle 🏰👍
