Thé restaurant was busy, so the service was slow and the staff seemed disorganised.

Staff was excellent, went on accomoding our necessities with great care. The blood orange and mozzarella bruschetta was an unexpectedly delicious and the tiramisù was delectable. I will definitely come back to try more of the drinks, they seemed inviting from the description.

Dreadful experience, waited 45 mins for our main courses. Diners around us ate and left while we waited. Pasta dishes were something I could have cobbled together at home, totally bland, unimaginative menu. Service was friendly however after our meal we weren't asked how things were given no opportunity to explain so just paid the bill and left. I will never visit a carluccios ever again. Appalling....

Amazing food & great atmosphere, but you really need flag the staff to get attention.

Beautiful lunch here today. Both the stater and main were delicious. I had the chicken liver pate and fungi risotto. My friend has the ragu and also loved it. The service was good, very polite staff and the restaurant itself is nice, it's bright and airy. Will definitely be back.

The quality of “Caprese” is completely gone. The tomatoes are just not edible, they are not Buffalo neither any ripe.You can’t even chew them.Mozzarella is over salted and gone all wet. Tastes more like goat cheese.

All the usual Covid19 precautions are in place and we were made most welcome here. The menu has a very good selection of food and drinks and the food arrived very quickly both our choices of pasta were excellent. The staff are extremely polite and courteous.The customer toilets are upstairs and one of the best decorated and clean I have ever seen.Highly recommended.
