Castle Balti in Warwick

Great place for a meet up with a group of friends. No complications, just good food for a good price. It’s a BYOB establishment, so you can truly make it work for your preference.There is a corner shop near by if you want to buy a beverage. There is also parking available nearby but Not at the location itself. Food is great and service is good. Friendly bunch of staff members.

For a non curry lover I was super impressed! Absolutely lush food, so tasty and very generous portion sizes. Always busy which is a good indication of the quality of the food. A young lad served us and he was friendly, efficient and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Had dinner at Castle Balti last night with a group of friends and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best meals of my life!!! The food was unbelievably good, the naans were massive and fluffy, staff were super friendly and on top of that, you can bring your own alcohol. They even gifted us with some mango and pistachio ice creams. If you’re there, other the Chicken Tikka Balti, you wont regret it. Can’t wait to come back!!!Ps. The portions are INSANELY big. 150% worth the money.

Ordered a chicken Puri, mixed grill and couple of curries alongside biryani and naan. Really delicious! Best curry house we've been to, with very generous portions sizes and attentive staff.

Visiting the area and we asked in the local wetherspoons where the best place to eat was. A member of staff, who lives in Warwick recommended Castle Balti. It was the best Indian meal I have had for a very long time! The quantity of food they give you is immense, but the quality does not suffer. When walking past, the absolutely gorgeous aroma dragged us through the door.We had starters and mains, oh my word, the portions were huge, we should have shared one between us. The service is second to none and not too long to wait even though the place was packed with families and couples. The price of the 2 meals was very good value, but very good quality too.We traveled from Portsmouth to visit Warwick Castle, so glad we decided to walk past Castle Balti. Very reasonably priced meal (main dish, rice & naan) largely as the size of the naan is HUGE, it's enough to feed 2 regular people really!There's also a very healthy portion for the main dish, but in contrast to the others the rice seems small.The flavours are good, but nothing special, and the heat is so hot I personally struggled to properly taste the main dish - but that's down to personal ability.Dish shown: Chicken tikka madras, pilau rice and peshwari naan, on a dinner plate with none of the dishes emptied!

Very disappointed as this place was recommend to me & had good reviews on Google.Ordered Castle Ultimate Blati & told around a 30minute wait, no problem.Returned after just over 30 minutes & the food was still not ready, in total was waiting just under 50 minutes, which is not great.When asked after 40 minutes about the food, got fobbed off, along with the six or so other people waiting inside & out for collections.Appreciate your busy, but if you give customers a time try to stick to it or just give them a longer lead time.The food was hot but very greasy & not upto the normall standard I'd expect, however the nan bread was massive & very tasty.I eaten at other Indians this week, in Warwick & this was sadly well below par
