Castle Kebab in Warwick

Tonight I spent £34 and the chips were horrible and the £19 mixed kebab that has gone up in price from £18 and got a lot smaller. So will not be ordering again

We ordered 12.30, Castle Kebab was due to close at 1.30, they confirmed our order. I had a few jars of larger and was gassed for my 2 peice chicken and kebab meal, waited an hour and a half (currently 2am), only to be find out for ourselves that Castle Kebab has closed and we aren't getting our food. We would have ordered from somewhere else if we knew the food wasn't going to be arrive - dead ting. I had Castle Kebab in the past and the food was surprising actually pretty decent, but to be let down like this is poor and won't be ordering again (via Just Eat). Sort it out.

I normally get food from this place and it's pretty decent. But tonight I ordered a kebab it was freezing cold couldn't eat it. 9£ in the bin

This place is the worst I've ever seen. The food bites into the mess and every time you order through the app they ask you for 3 pounds more for delivery. This hole must be close.

Slow delivery, lamb shish kebab wasn’t good. Not impressed by food quality and service.

The mixed kebab at your kebab shop is fantacit and i will alway eat there and the staff are very poilte

Absolutely disgusting, 1 bite of the pizza and felt like I was going to puke, seriously don't waste your time and get a pizza anywhere else.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.It’s really easy to see why they’re 3.1 stars but it is far too generous. Honestly, they’re a late night takeaway - I placed an order online via JustEat.There was absolutely no mention of a delivery charge. I met the minimum fee of £15 and placed the order. I called up to make a small amendment and the dude tried to charge me an extra £3.50 over the phone for delivery because i was apparently outside for the delivery zone.They need to see the order from JustEat and accept it. They can see where you order from - I asked if they could send a driver with a card machine. Obviously it was far too great an imposition. Their delivery fee is also £1 on UberEats and Deliveroo to bring food to the same address.I went to Dominos. No fuss.

Order placed via just eat for free delivery. They then rung me to say £4 delivery charge.He proceeded to ask if wanted the delivery still. When I said they were false advertising he blocked number. DONT BELIEVE FREE DELIVERY FOR THIS COMPANY! I will be reporting for never receiving my food.

DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NASTY STAFF WHO ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE.Made an order and it was cancelled within minutes. Then made a second order as we were confused as to why the first had been cancelled. So we're sat waiting for our pizzas to arrive (ETA was 9:25pm) and it hits 9:40pm and no pizzas have come. So my partner calls up and asks if they have anymore info on our order as it said it was out for delivery but still hadn't arrived. The man on the end of the phone proceeds to tell my partner that he had cancelled the order. He asked why and we were told "because the order is fake". How is my order a fake?! We ordered through just ear and because we were paying cash we had to pin our exact location (which matches the address on our just eat account). Not just that but we have ordered through just eat to this address quite a few times! We tried explaining that the order wasn't fake but the man on the phone decided it was because we hadn't selected the £1 delivery fee (which we cannot see anywhere on the site). We said as we were paying cash we would happily pay the extra £1 if they sent out our order. Its not like we couldn't afford an extra £1! The man on the phone went off in a whirlwind of anger and kept calling us fake! In the end we just hung up because we couldn't get a word in!!Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff. I will also be leaving a review through just eat. If I could give negative stars I would!!
