Good atmosphere great staff

All the staff were very friendly and polite and my drink was served quickly and efficiently and was as usual hot & tasty ☕👌 Although the staff have changed over the last few weeks the newer ones were trying to make sure that experience that I received was still good and that the drink was just as hot and tasty as normal 👍👌

Perfectly decent Costa, often half-full of the locals. Certainly not the fanciest of coffee places in town, but tried and true as a chain brand. Covid regulations observed, sanitiser available at the door, outdoor seating, etc. Very well trained and observant staff.

It was nice to be able to sit inside again. Great coffee but a little disappointed with toasted ham and cheese sandwich which was just a soggy bread on one side. Has quality dropped since business bought out?

This place is great but it says the premium filter coffee for £1 but when I ask for it they it is not available every time.Also it says it expires on the 31st October 2019 and I asked for it in September.The reason I have rated it 2 stars is not because of the hygiene,Food,drinks or anything.Just because of the lie about the premium filter coffee.

Disappointed. Asked for toast with margarine and they said they only have butter (didn't specify if only did butter always or if they had run out of margarine). Overall Costa vegan offerings not inline with what other places are offering. I used my reusable Costa cup and it was filled well below where the top screws on. Service is just OK, not particularly friendly or professional. Seating not amazing. Place has a feel of a cafeteria - very noisy. Also it is slightly chilly - looking around 90% of people are wearing their coats. Caffe Nero just up the road is significantly nicer with lovely servers and better food offerings, and better seating.

Excellent service from very friendly young lady, clean and tidy and clean toilets, nice location near market centre.

Friendly staff. Music on low - high enough to be appreciated but low enough to hear a conversation.Place very inviting - clean. Food and drinks always nice and hot.After working a night shift, I particularly prefer having a quiet breakfast here.
