Creams Cafe in Warwick

If I could put 0 Stars I would. I bought a piece of carrot cake it wasn’t fresh, it tasted like it was made a week ago, it was really hard. It cost me 7 pounds for a tiny slice. I also bought a crepe a week ago, it was vile. They also didn’t ask me if I wanted ice cream with it and put it with the order anyway which cost me 12 pounds. This is not normal 12 pounds a crepe that doesn’t even taste good. Never again !! Go to Rosie’s just next door. Lovely cakes there and cheap! I didn’t go there today as it was shut but never turning to Creams again. Way too expensive and horrible taste. Not worth the money trust me.

Great dessert's and lots of choices of ice creams. The owner is great, always ready to help and very friendly. However his son (I presume) needs to a few lessons in customer service. Such a misery guts. Keeps staring at you. You always get returning customers by a simple "thank you" or "hello". Hope his attitude changes. Best of luck.

My husband and I ordered a creams sundae royale so we could share. It was so delectable that we ended up buying one each. We had a great time.

The guy who served us was very nice. Didn't get his name, he was bald, early 20's and very softly spoken.The desserts we ordered were nice and came out very quickly.

OK, my wife and were looking for a place for a quick coffee and break.. I didn't think I was going to like this place on first sight but in the end I liked it a lot. This is an ice cream and dessert parlour so strap in for a sugar rush if you eat here. I just had an espresso coffee today and my wife a hot chocolate (huge glass!) and both were just fine. Place was clean and the service was excellent. For example china and glass and brought to the table after ordering at the counter, so no cardboard and waiting at the corner of the bar. Minor detail I also liked the Regaeton music, not what I was expecting but added to my general good impression of this cafe.

Terrible staff with rude attitude. We decided to give Creams a visit however one of my friends asked to just use the toilet, we heard one of the staff members swear under his breath upon asking! Appreciate it may have been a bit of an inconvenience to you to find the key for the door, however I am sure you might understand using a toilet is just a normal human nature requirement?

Lovely sweet treats, but if you are a slow eater place to avoid. The waffle and the red velvet cake were amazing and we received them really quickly! The service was kind and warm in the beginning, but if you are enjoying your time with your friends or relatives it's a nightmare. Every 10 minutes even if one of you is still eating a member of staff will ask you 'Everything is alright?'. Guys I can understand 2 times, but 5 is a bit too much. I worked in hospitality for 6 yrs, I can understand if you don't have enough tables or you're really close to shut the restaurant, but this was not the case! Guys, let people chill!

Received a great service. Ordered vanilla latte with red velvet cake. Loved presentation and was happy that cake was fresh and tasty! Interior is very nice too.

Never knew how much I needed this place until the hot summer days arrived. Their ice cream selection along with their milkshakes are just amazing and refreshing, my personal favourite is blue bubble gum milkshake 💙 They have both indoors and outdoors seating areas.
