Used to come here all the time before COVID. Staff were so friendly! Small cafe but really cosy and has an upstairs with a nice view.Lovely spot to eat after shopping!

Excellent food, best breakfast ever, highly recommended. Best bacon, sausage, bread, thoroughly enjoyed it . Very friendly staff too. Thankyou x

Used the cafe a couple of times. Had possible one of the best full English breakfasts ever, coupled together with great staff it’s now my go to place for food… ps; the mocha is second to none

Incredible Christmas dinner! Great service from staff who were very attentive. Highly recommended

·

Great cafe for a full variety of breakfasts. Traditional or hipster. Great quality food, surroundings and staff.

I hadn't visited this place for years as the last time wasn't a great experience. The new owner has done a great job. I had fish, chips & prosecco Friday which was delicious. I went back the following day with my son for a cake which was also delicious. Great choice of food on the menu, great choice of cakes & lovely staff.

19th Sept 2019:I went in for breakfast today and was told that they no longer take food orders at the table, you have to come to the till to place your order.I also noticed a reduction in staff since my last visit.Presumably the order placing at the till is because they have shed staff to save on wages. They used to get slammed in the first 60 minutes when they opened, but it was barely a trickle today.Note to owners: if you screw with a winning formula just to make an extra buck, it may not be long before you are not making anything at all.It also seems from recent reviews as if their staff have forgotten what customer service is.Try Savi's in Regent Street who open an hour earlier and are better value.

The waffles were nice and everything was a reasonable price. My only criticism is that when I asked for more maple syrup (as you only get the tiniest amount which means the waffles are quite dry) I was told I would have to pay something like ÂŁ1.79. This spoiled my experience a bit as I just dont see why somewhere should quibble and charge a high price for a tiny amount of syrup

One of my favourite places for breakfast/brunch. Brilliant menu; classics (full English), modern breakfasts and a make your own sandwich which never disappoints. Been with my girlfriend a lot and we both love it, I've even been in on my own for cake and tea before!Would thoroughly recommend it, I usually get the Fat Birds Breakfast but do sometimes push the boat out! They also have a delightful selection of cakes to eat in or take away - I'm a fan!

The best place for brunch / lunch in town?Arguably so. The place looks and feels cosy, and easily gets busy at peak hours. The food was very good, especially the burger. Other options looked delicious as well, and the menu is quite extensive, but definitely not as expensive. You get a lot for what you order, whether it be quantity or quality. The service was good and efficient, perhaps a bit long, but understandable as it can get busy. Would definitely recommend a stop by!
