Gallone's Ice Cream Parlour in Warwick

If you don’t get served by the two older women here, don’t bother. Coffee is weak and wasn’t worth waiting for. My friend enjoyed his ice cream. Bad crowd/customer management.

Wow!! What a fantastic place this is!! We loved the menu in here and chose a delicious fruit smoothie, a bubble waffle with strawberries and cream, a plate of churris and dipping chocolate sauce, a vanilla cine and topping and a latte!! Everything was out of this world delicious, service was fantastic and friendly too. Viv also showed us the party room which looked amazing and something we will book for the next birthday.

Fantastic. Delightful staff. Great choices. A Leamington 'must go'. Much better to go for a independent place than a chain like Creams. There is a toilet located inside.

I took my 15 yours old daughter for a treat we may have will been at a children's fun house, there was a children's party, when I first walked in I didn't realise because it was the adults waiting for the children but there were some young children with the adults, a young child with tap shoes on kept running past our table stompingg her feet & doing dances by our table. When my children were young I would have kept then near me & shown consideration for other people in the cafe.The staff were happy for her to behave like this too & asked her if she was having fun. Obviously our comfort wasnt as much of a pryority to the staff. When the adults left they also stood very close to my daughter chatting without any masks onThe puddings were very expensive I had a pancake with 1 scoop of ice cream & sprinkles which cost £5.99 I was not impressed

Staff are really nice and so are the waffles! The only reason for docking a star is that the ice cream texture was off (not smooth, more hard and icy).

Gallones is a sweet tooth's paradise! Everything about this place is super large and super sweet and the options in the menu are so varied that there is something for everyone. Inside the restaurant is light and airy unlike the dark and uncomfortable space in 'Creams'. I would describe Gallones as a relaxed but fun environment. Staff are covid-aware and super friendly especially the owners, Viv and Lynne. It's obvious that these ladies are so passionate about creating the best experience for their customers and it comes across amazingly in the food and drinks. I have no hesitation in recommending this place

We had a hot chocolate and a pot of tea with hot cookie dough. Was very yummy. This place is a clean gelato with friendly smiley staff who are very pleasant and the atmosphere was nice . They open till late. Overall we had a really nice experience and would recommend

Thank you for the friendly welcome and service on our first visit to Gallones today.I really enjoyed the cookie dough and ice cream. My son loved eating his 3 scoop fantastico and then finishing off mine.We had planned to go to Bills for a proper lunch but when we saw your parlour next door, we ditched that and it was a great experience.We will definitely be back!

Delicious Deluxe waffle ice cream with strawberry and vanilla scoops. Not leaving out the toppings, chocolate, cream and all the little goodies on the plate. Atmosphere is calm, relaxed, staff are hospitable, neat environment. Good spot for dates and family time.

Friendly - staff were keen to help choose from the dizzying array of ice creams and waffles on the menu, nice layout inside - feels like retro Americano. Food delicious, but suggest waffles to share rather than trying to eat a whole one individually - I couldn't finish it. Delicious though!
