Heathcote Fish Bar in Warwick

So this is Haddock and chips, my husband has been here twice before and has been excellent. So what has changed, he’s just returned with this,completely inedible. Fish skin and batter minus fish and with scrap ends of chips. Nearly £20.00 for the 2 of us, we won’t be returning.

Terrible!! Got home (only live 5 minute drive away) and the meal was a big bag of mush. Disappointed after all the good things i heard...£10 all in the bin!! Fish was cold and way under cooked...chips were mush!! Not good at all!!

This is one of my local chip shops and it gets used on a regular basis.They do a large range of hot takeaway food and the chips etc are always cooked fresh so you'll be happy to know that your food will be nice and hot.The staff have always been very warm and friendly, there's no sit down available and at the moment you go into order pay for air you're then given a ticket so you can wait undercove outside so no standing in the rain.There's parking just outside so that shouldn't be a problem for you.

I can honestly say, this is one of the best traditional fish and chip shops I have eaten from. Due to my occupation I eat out a lot and Im always looking for that wholesome experience. I can honestly say, everytime I've ordered from here, I've never been disappointed. The effort they put into their food is the same as the effort I try and put into my own cooking.

"Just waiting on chips" is their favourite catchphrase. Cash only at the moment which is a bit annoying but otherwise a very nice chippy. Good selection on the menu.

Amazing food. Cooked to perfection. If people out there like there fish, you need to visit this place. Staff are lovely people. Always make you feel welcome and great customer service.

Really nice chips, all day meals and lunchtime specials. However was a bit disappointed that there was no contact less system it was all cash only, which isn't great during covid times
