Kfc in Warwick

So I had HGV food vouchers. Vouchers issued to HGV drivers, (you know the people, the ones who were classed as KEYWORKERS but now back to being scum of the Earth) when parking overnight as an incentive so I used them at KFC.I waited patiently to be served.I was ignored by the manager.Could I place an order, not a chance. The girl serving was working hard while the queue was building up.I still could not place my order manually as I had HGV vouchers.Know what I did, thats right, went over to Burger King and used my HGV vouchers!

Another bad KFC I've been to. Trying to charge for sources. Sachets 20p each and tubs 60p. What a joke. They come with the food and not there for your tips checky as. 👎👎👎

Ordered my food on electronic board no paper to print my order off. When the girl for my order number she I had not paid. And I would have no food. I ask for the manager an d a young girl agian said I had not paid. I said I can show I paid and showed her on line . She very aggressive this is your order the food was rubbish. I only give you 1 star because I can't give zero stars .

Part of motorway services but price of zinger burger meal was not overly inflated. Parking is free and you can order at the screens. Service was quick, premises clean and plenty of room to sit inside or out. Worth a visit if passing

The North bound and South bound services have a pretty much identical KFC. There are very easy to use touch screens for you to very easily and quickly make your order. As expected (due to the current (August 2021) delivery logistics issues) some items on the menu are not available. There covid screens at the service point and food orders are made up quickly. Still plenty of choice whether you want boneless or traditional bucket style KFC chicken options.

Terrible service 50 min wait on our stopover to Lake District . Excuse was the wraps took a long time. Not enough staff and 3 people serving but 2 in kitchen for friday night in peak season!!! The wraps were nothing amazing with some sauce and chicken so not sure what took so long to make and the youngster was even argumentative. NEVER going to KFC again as second time the food has been disappointing

Although the food was good we were disgusted on how it was served. It was thrown into a big brown paper bag. When we got to the table the chips had fallen out of their bags some ended up on the floor! Time was a meal would be presented in a box.

The staff are polite, its very clean and tidy, however it is very un organised especially when its busy people waiting around everywhere for the orders its not clear that you have to order from the machine before collecting your food. Was also a very very slow service it wasn't even peak times when we went. Not good when you have hungry kids!

Food was standard and matched expectations for a KFC.However service was very slow. On both occasions that I visited, the staff themselves seemed to be working hard to get the orders out, however there didn't seem to be that many of them, meaning that if a customer had an enquiry about an order, the rest of the orders started to backlog.

Service was very slow as there was only two preparing the meals during what is a very busy restaurant. A couple of the orders got called out for collection, and they weren't picked up. I could only imagine that the customers got fed up waiting on their orders.The saving grace was that the chicken was being cooked to order as it was so busy and it was fresh and absolutely delicious.Not the girls fault about the orders being delayed. This is a management problem who needs to recruit more staff and put them to use preparing orders when it's as busy as it was today.
