Went there on a date and it was absolutely amazing. The food was just unbelievably fantastic. Our server, Gosia, was just absolutely kind and lovely, we had such an amazing time chatting with her also, as she provided us with with such great service. Can’t wait to go there again, definitely a must recommend!

I am a regular at this restaurant. Love the ambience, delightful staff, convenient position and usually good food, but I'm fed up with constant discussions about problems with the bill and the reward system. It is far too complicated and no one seems to understand it. The previous system was much simpler and also fairer to people dining on their own. I drew it to the attention of the manager last time but was fobbed off with some nonsense about Covid. This problem has been going on for years and it is time it was sorted. It spoils an otherwise very pleasurable experience.

Excellent service, food and waiting staff. We were a part of 14 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Good atmosphere in the restaurant too.

Went for valentines. Food was not great at all. I got the signature dish that has been the signature for '27 years' but did not taste good at all. The Beef was not fresh and was definitely from frozen. The Rump Steak that my partner ordered was also bad if not worse. The waiters were also unfriendly and unwelcoming. The biggest issue I had was with the refundable deposit. I still have not received it despite calling the restaurant. The man on the phone was also very rude and pushy with getting me to confirm that I had attended on the date. This should already be in the system and not something that I have to chase up for. I do not recommend this place at all. Food was bad and service just as bad. You will never find me here again.

Most enjoyable meal, had our usual steak frites and a delicious pudding. Lovely busy atmosphere , waiter (French guy) efficiently coped with the whole restaurant, with his colleague preparing and serving drinks.

Went with family for boxing day meal. We've been many times before but today was awful. One of our party was unable to attend and even after explaining the pre ordered menu and who was missing 3 times we were still one starter short. The roast beef main course was tough and run through with fat not very nice. 2 of our party did not like any of the staters and they were charged extra for not having one. The music was loud and we were finding difficult to talk to each other we asked more than once to have it turned down. They obliged by turning it off and then turning it back on 10 minutes later. All in all a very poor show and unfortunately as a family we will not be going again.

We had a Christmas party yesterday afternoon for 12 people, and really enjoyed the food , good portion size and Vegetarian dishes were excellent. Staff were friendly and ,attentive , service was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Really disappointing. Cool looking place, should be really good. We went for midweek dinner. The waiter sat us far away from the (very few) other customers. The table was way too small for 4 people, so he kept knocking off cutlery etc. At some point he picked my son's fork which he knocked on the floor and put it on the table for him to use. Food arrived quickly and some was clearly just microwaved, burning in the middle. Two of us ordered steak ( two different types) which were poor quality and bland and were left half eaten. There was nothing enjoyable in this eating out experience. The bill was £120 too. We laughed, left and ate at one of the many restaurants nearby and will definitely be avoiding this place. Pity, as other branches we visited were significantly better.

Really enjoyed my evening here, delicious food and amazing service, the waitress was really friendly and looked after us really well.

Went for an afternoon tea with friends. Excellent atmosphere, lovely venue, great presentation and good deal for an afternoon tea.Enjoyed my baguettes and Eton mess but the eclairs and mille-feuille tasted like ready-made ones that you can get from shops. Scones would’ve been nicer if served warm too. It would’ve been better with more tea choices too.
