Phoenix Chinese Restaurant in Warwick

Very enjoyable Chinese meal. Good food, nice atmosphere and very friendly.

We enjoyed the food very much and the staff very pleasant.I do have one complaint and that is there was no sweet wine only dry.Modern wine Zinfandel.

Food was standard but service was poor.There is a £15 minimum charge per person - our bill for 2 people came up to £29. They still charged us the extra £1 even though the restaurant was almost empty - thought it was a petty and won't be coming again.

My partner and I had honey ribs as a starter. Very nice forgot to take a picture. For main I had rice and fried chicken in plum sauce. It was nice, the portion of chicken was a little big for me, but you can take it home. My partner had Salt and pepper prawns. It's a small restaurant, but the are very accommodating, pleasant, friendly and very quick service. I had a small taster of wine before deciding if I wanted a glass, which I did.Overall, would visit again!

The food is fairly poor considering it's supposed to be of restaurant standard. However, the service is hands down the worst I ever experienced in Leamington. The greeter at the front is rude and doesn't listen to you. There is also nowhere to sit and wait, if the tables aren't ready, so you end up standing around near people as they're sat eating. It felt very awkward. Space is at a premium here, and it feels like you're dining in someone's living room. The service is awful. The staff aren't interested in ensuring you have a pleasant dining experience. They just want to get paid. For this reason, I didn't enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Unfortunately, of all the restaurants I have been to in Leamington, Chinese or otherwise, I enjoyed this one the least.

Really tasty food and friendly service. We had mixed starters (the chilli ribs were really nice) and a range of mains. Best Chinese restaurant we have to been to in a while. Just round the corner from the theatre, so convenient too for that. Free parking outside after 6pm.

As always a great meal, and we were well looked after by the staff. Love the Phoenix, first came over 30 years ago and even though we are.now not local we travel an hour to experience first class food and service.

We can honestly say that we haven't enjoyed a Chinese meal as much in years and years. I used to eat there back in the 80's when the food was always excellent. It still is and I am delighted ! For a takeaway meal it was amazingly fresh and vibrant. Well done and thank you. We'll be ordering again very soon.

Really nice Chinese restaurant we decided to have a take out but to be honest when we went to collect it the place is lovely. Nice and romantic with a really good posh feel to it.We ordered the banquet for 4 and the duck. To be totally honest there was way too much food for us. But all the flavours were there and we would certainly go again thank you

I have been coming here for years and would say it is the best Chinese restaurant in Leamington. The food is fantastic. It has changed hands recently as Eddie and family have now moved on but the food is still great, however, at the end of your meal, if you order an Irish coffee beware...
