Pizza Express in Warwick

Service unusually poor. Main course bought out before starters cleared. Main course not cleared when deserts bought out. One of the staff stood next to the service pass doing very little the whole time. Nobody asked how our meal was - mediocre would have been the response, dishes were a bit cold. Worth avoiding!

I am afraid I have to agree with Mike Boyden. We visited last night and it took the chefs two attempts to call a team member to seat us. On my table was a dirty used fork and the table was dirty to touch. Meal was mediocre and the server pleasant but we weren't offered any more drinks....so decided to leave. A chance lost on their behalf to make money. Card machine did not work and I am sorting out with my bank being charged 3 times. Toilets were disgusting and dirty with toilet paper on the floor and around the sink. A real shame as I have usually high praise for Pizza Express. This needs investment as it is dated and needs a good clean. I never normally complain but was disappointed.

A bit of a disappointment. We arrived on time but had to wait 15 mins to be seated. Didnt have either of my first or second choice on menu. Forgot to bring out some of the food and waited an hour for food. The lady who served us was lovely and very apologetic. Sure it may have been a different experience on another evening but sadly wont be back to the one at warwick

Great food as always. The best pizza dough in the business. Even my 5 year old who normally doesn't eat much pizza loves the dough balls and pizzas at pizza express....

Good food and friendly staff. Only marked down a start because the toilets are more like public toilets - very tatty and definitely need some work.

Great tasting food served quickly & efficiently. Love the way you can change the pizza to suit your tastes. Converted Tesco vouchers to spend here so it only cost us the tip! Perfect for the long month of January.

A small and cute Pizza Express. As it is in Warwick, it has that vintage feel inside. Good service and food overall.

A terrible experience in a restaurant that used to be so good. This establishment has really gone down hill, it is dirty, poorly maintained and no longer the welcoming place it once was. From a frankly bizarre unfriendly welcome, we were left waiting far too long for our order, with no update or explanation from the waitress when we enquired.Having waited long enough (nearly one hour, in a near empty restaurant) and deciding to leave, we were met with the most obnoxious and rude response from the waitress in question. I have always enjoyed the pizza express chain, but will not be returning again. There’s plenty of choice in Warwick, this place really needs to improve.

Great meal, helpful staff and an amazing setting all you need for a great night out.

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly too
