Pizza Express in Warwick

Nice cosy Tudor restaurant, limited parking out front, but paid for parking in the Butts just round the corner.Usual excellent express pizzas.

Took members of fa.mily for a pre holiday meal.Food ok and service very good. In fairness we would not have visited but granddaughter likes their dough balls

Probably the only time my family and I have wanted to walk out of a restaurant! It was awful service, we were totally forgotten about. There was only us and another party in the restaurant and order placing, drinks and food took a very long time. We ordered dessert and after 25 minutes of waiting (and noticing the manager was on her break leaving a very obvious new waitress to tend to everything), we felt the need to ask what was going on. The staff in the kitchen also suddenly reappeared…The service before this wasn’t great but this pushed it over the edge. After 5 minutes, our desserts came out which have obviously just been grabbed from the fridge. Our teas were wrong and things were missing eg sauce from some of the desserts.We normally love Warwick pizza express but we won’t be coming back. The manager should not of left the waitress by herself. The manager took the desserts off (bar one) which was appreciated however did not cover the shocking service we had. It’s unfortunate that this pizza express seems to have gone downhill.

Good location with some on street parking. Close to warwick castle car park which has cheap night rates. Interesting architecture. Toilets were clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Food great quality and usual pizza express price.

Looks tatty from the front bit it's very large inside goes back for miles. Good food not too dear. Its OK not bad. Good munch post.

Service unusually poor. Main course bought out before starters cleared. Main course not cleared when deserts bought out. One of the staff stood next to the service pass doing very little the whole time. Nobody asked how our meal was - mediocre would have been the response, dishes were a bit cold. Worth avoiding!

I am afraid I have to agree with Mike Boyden. We visited last night and it took the chefs two attempts to call a team member to seat us. On my table was a dirty used fork and the table was dirty to touch. Meal was mediocre and the server pleasant but we weren't offered any more drinks....so decided to leave. A chance lost on their behalf to make money. Card machine did not work and I am sorting out with my bank being charged 3 times. Toilets were disgusting and dirty with toilet paper on the floor and around the sink. A real shame as I have usually high praise for Pizza Express. This needs investment as it is dated and needs a good clean. I never normally complain but was disappointed.

A small and cute Pizza Express. As it is in Warwick, it has that vintage feel inside. Good service and food overall.
