Stayed the night on way back from Cheltenham races . Great staff who gave excellent service . The deluxe room was spacious with a good bathroom. The food was stunning, especially the Chateaubriand for 2 and breakfast also excellent. Will definitely be staying again , a find!

The room was too warm during the mini-heatwave, but other than that the room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Great double shower. Breakfast and dinner were superb and the staff were excellent. Outstanding service, friendly, relaxed and very helpful. Well done to the chefs who produced some wonderful food for a discerning group over 2 nights. No hesitation in recommending the Punchbowl for accomodation or food. Top marks all around.

Impressive pub. The place is huge and has lots of covered outdoor seating which is nicely connected to the main pub with big patio doors.Great Sunday menu and good quality food. Hake was excellent, generous portion of dressed crab and I thoroughly enjoyed the beef roast.Live acoustic musician playing while we were there too.
