‘Burger relish on the side’....on the side of what? Hell? Cheap, dry and over priced. Chips were old, dry. Being a frugal chap, I had to wash it down with ketchup, water and determination. Bring a picnic.

Had afternoon tea. It was ok. Place was clean and tidy. I would have preferred more variety with the sandwiches. 1 triangle of each choice maybe asThere were 5 to choose from the menu and you had to choose 1 sandwich. Choice of fruit or cheese scone then small taster size Madeira cake, macaroon and little glass with a mousse type pudding in it. Had to fetch our own cutlery and serviettes.

We came for the afternoon tea, booking was really difficult on the Groupon app, it wouldn't let us see our booking on mobile we had to go on the computer. The food selection was poor, and when I asked if I could substitute one of the sweet treats for something else because I didn't like it I was told I couldn't. The coffee did not taste nice and they didn't offer sugar. When they brought the food over they didn't give us any cutlery. The food did taste nice and the prosecco was nice, but we would not return. For £18 we expected better.

Visited the Spinning Jenny Cafe today for afternoon tea with my husband brought from Groupon. We arrived at 2.05p.m. After entering went to counter to inform we had a voucher booking and was told to sit at any table decide which sandwiches we wanted and choice of fruit or cheese scone and go back to counter to order with table number. On the menu we were given for the afternoon tea it also said choose your coffe or tea from their various varieties. We decided to have a Latte, however when ordering was told we could only have tea or filter coffee, obviously no choice. After 10 mins drinks arrived but then waited nearly 1 hour for food to arrive. Ham sandwich was more gristle than ham and very dry as no butter on bread ham also tasteless, second sandwich should have been mixed cheese and spring onion but was egg and cress. I went to the counter to raise my concerns and was told new sandwiches would be bought over. New ham sandwich a little better but still tasteless and a bit gristly . Cheese sandwich better but don't know where the spring onion was. Rest of the tea was nice scone very nice. By this time we needed another drink I went to ask for more but was told you only get one drink and have to pay for more but the young girl did give us a free one for all the problems we had. Definitely would never pay the full price for a cream tea there if that's what is served.

A little disappointed, booked through Groupon, booked the day and time. Only 4 tables in use but waited ages to get served. Bit confused too as what or where to go to table booked or the counter. Order given and was wrong when it was delivered, the young lad serving us was very pleasant and apologetic but didn't enjoy the experience. Shame really as it could have been done so much better.

Wandered in from the adjoining Antique Centre next door. Although desperate for a flat white, two things put us off immediately. One, too many screaming kids running around, and Two, couldn't smell any coffee.Promptly did an about turn and went back into the Antique Centre.

We are here whilst on a day out at Hatton Adventure World. The menu was basic and prices high for what you get.It was a very warm day and the inside of the pub was stifling, only one fan situated near the bar for the staff. The service was okay, but not amazing. The food was okay but neither of us finished our meals with gusto. There were no drinks menus on the tables, in order to find out what drinks were available you had to go to the bar and review a list on the counter. I ordered a lime cordial with soda, but it was more cordial than soda, almost illuminous green!Overall it was aimed at the captive audience there, not much effort was put into the place, but enough to make it okay.

Had a lovely afternooon cream tea with beautifully arranged, fresh cakes and sandwiches including prosecco for £10.95. Best value I've found by far! Service was lovely...with a smile! To the customer who complained about kids perhaps he should stay away from cafes at Adventure Farms. I agree, its annoying when parents don't control their kids but it's hardly the restaurant's fault and unfair to criticise them for this in a review. Well done to staff who cope in difficult circumstances!
