There was space to sit immediately, everything was explained clearly, unavailable items were crossed off the menu, we were checked on regularly, the food was great, we had 3 courses, all were delicious, I had vegan options which were all as good as the meat options I've had in the past, they've nailed it, the steamed buns were my favourite! Reasonably priced, love that the green tea is free!Honestly we wanted to support a local independent restaurant but so many are closed on a monday we couldn't, however it was so nice we've agreed to come more often.

The food is great but twice now we've had missing items from click and collect. Eventually an apology and voucher was received, and our most recent experience was better. Click and collect prices are the same as eat in, so we expect good customer service.

Initially disappointed the Cod Mukutan Soba is no longer on the menu but chose Shu's Shick chicken which was delicious.Staff you excellent, we were first seated at a table with a bench I wasn't that comfortable on (I'm exceptionally tall and the bench was fixed to the floor) I promptly told the chap who seated us that this wasn't working for me. He instantly found a suitable table with regular chairs, never making me feel I was being a problem. Our server was Kata who was a perfect mix of friendly and professional, I go to several Wagamamas, the staff here make this one my favourite....

the food here is pretty good, and the service is prompt. We were 3 people who hadn't seen each other for a long time and did the annoying thing of chatting away without looking at the menu, so the waiter had to come back 3 times. He seemed a bit impatient at this, but I can understand that. He also seemed slightly disappointed that we only ordered one main each, but brightened up when we followed his prompt to go for a few extra sides. However, I must say, I'm not a fan of up-selling, but I accept it. Food was good, the restaurant is bright and cheery.

I've always had a good experience at Wagamamas, but the last time I went my experience wasn't particularly great - I got the wrong side dish, my food came a very long time after my friends (until their food was cold) and it just felt incredibly overpriced for food that didn't taste that good.Still not an entirely unpleasant experience - the katsu curry is incredible and their side dishes are very tasty.Overall its a nice place to go.

The menu was missing half of the items. The table had a beaming pure white light that would be overkill for performing surgeries. No sake available anymore according to our waitress. Understaffed, so incredibly slow getting to the table and then waiting for food too. What should've been an hour took two.Food was about the same as all wagamamas—pretty good.

Food was great but everything else was terrible. Service was slow (waitress forgot to bring over drinks etc and it was often hard to get the waiters’ attention. We were also put on a table with a really harsh white light (all the other tables had a warm yellow-tinted light) and when I asked to move the waitress gaslighted me and told me that all the lights were the same and refused to move us due to a shortage of workers, even though throughout our meal they seemed to just hang around each other, ignoring me when I tried to get someone’s attention. Also, half the menu was out of stock: no sake, no peach iced tea and half the starters were unavailable. The table number we were given was also wrong so we couldn’t use the online payment system and had to wait (a long time) for a waiter to come over with a machine.

What more can I say than it was great. Food was of excellent standard and the staff very friendly and efficient. If you like wagamama then you will like this spacious dining experience. If you haven't tried it and you like far Eastern style food, go for it 😁

Quite easily one of the best Wagamama branches I have ever been to in terms of building and interior 😍 I absolutely loved it. The food is your typical Wagamama food just like any other branch. Service was a little bit slow though.
