Zizzi - Leamington Spa in Warwick

I haven’t been to Zizzi for over 8 years and after todays experience I won’t rush to come back. The staff are so miserable, moody and lack majorly customer service skills. Clearly forgot how to stay please, thank you and any other people skills in the hospitality industry. We literally just wanted to leave from the time we arrived we were made to feel so unwelcome. The whole ordering, food delivery and table clearing was pretty much in silence. Take about awkward silence! Food was good, but certainly not worth the price we paid and whole customer experience we endured.

Poor service, had to wait more than 20 min until we got a menu. The atmosphere not great, with cooks constantly shouting at each other, almost felt like a "Hell's kitchen" scene...will make sure to avoid in the future.

Authentic Italian cuisine in Leamington Spa. Highly recommended.

Had a birthday voucher and chose Zizzi restaurant Leamington, food from fixed 3 course menu was good, portion size was plenty, busy service but staff were friendly and attentive, definitely use again.

Useless service...So I ordered via deliveroo and wanted to add an item.But lady said it's impossible even though I could pay driver who happily go back to restaurant or pay over phone which for this well established chain was too difficult to take payment over phone!Such an incompetent service for a so called high end restaurant so won't use again.First restaurant to tell a customer you can't order food, I mean how silly am I to think I could order food from you...won't happen again.

I am a frequent visitor to Zizzi and Leamington Spa was one of my favourite branch. Unfortunately Zizzi as a company changed their menu recently, my favourite dish completely changed as you can see in number 4 and also their coolers changed (it was one of those things that made Zizzi stand out as no one served such good drinks!) The new ones are quite tasteless when you compare them (picture number 4). Picture number 1 and 2 is what it used to be, you can see the difference! Unfortunately the new change is not something that I am a fan of therefore will unfortunately have to say goodbye to being a frequent customer. Such a loss as those coolers and this dish was my favourite one and they're completely different now 😣. Can't say anything bad about the restaurant in Leamington Spa itself, customer service is always nice.

I always eat at Zizzi's and I love it everytime. Food is delicious and great menu. My vegan friend also found plenty of delicious choices for her. Extensive list of wines, cold drinks and coffee too. Good value for money.

Warm welcome and choice of seating available. Food was delicious and well presented, fair prices.

Really lovely meal with extremely pleasant, well organised and efficient staff. Such a refreshing change after having quite average service in most places recently.The pasta and the salad were divine, and the dessert Calzone and cherry ice creams were even more amazing. Highly recommended to people in the area, I know I'll make a beeline back here when I return. Special mention to Elly, she was a star. Thank you.
