I went with my daughter for a meal at 1pm which we'd pre booked. We were quickly and politely lead to our table, menus brought over and order taken. After the meal, we fancied a dessert but that's when the problem started. After waving my arms in the air and trying to reproduce a one manned mexican wave, no one would even gain eye contact (maybe it was because I did such a bad job at the wave thing). They were too busy chatting and obviously serving more important people. The woman who originally served us walked past 4 times and I said "excuse me?" whilst waving my arms but she was either distracted by her focus on life or she decided to ignore me. Every time she walked past (each time she was actually walking towards me), I raised my voice more and more but after waiting 25 minutes, my stomach had totally digested the meal we'd just eaten and it had starting digesting my own intestine, I shouted "EXCUSE ME" and I was greeted by the usual teenage "Ughhhh" noise. Finally, we were given a dessert menu but we had to wait a further 10 minutes for someone to serve us and 5 minutes for it to be brought over. A total of 40 minutes from the time we'd finished our meal to the time that dessert was served.I don't mind waiting for food (us as British people are used to it) but 40 minutes? I know the waitresses are probably on minimum pay and I do feel sorry for them but 40 minutes and it wasn't really busy? The food was superb as always but the service is definitely not the best. I do visit Bella Italia quite often but I won't be returning to this one.

First time going and was really disappointing. As a Vegetarian, I asked for advice on ordering. Staff recommended mushroom in a creamy sauce which was okay but sauce was watery. We then had the pasta with cheese which tasted cold and tasteless. Then there was the dessert which was a baked cookie with ice cream, along with chocolate Brownies and ice cream which was absolutely amazing hence giving it a 2 star.....definately won't recommend because the food was cold and had no flavour whatsoever!

Ordered from the set menu, had the 3 courses. Dough balls always nice, good do with more garlic butter. Pizza and cookie dough both delicious. Our server Lauren was really helpful and friendly too.

Amazing food! Staff are amazing - Lauren was so lovely with my daughter, literally made her smile the moment we walked in til we left. Definitely keep us coming back

Been here a few times, we usually take the kids when having a meal out. Imagine our delight when we received a voucher for kids to eat for £1 during the school holidays. If you’re thinking of doing the same thing, read the tiny print terms carefully. The staff let us order our food knowing that we had a voucher for the kids, however, when we came to pay they said the voucher wasn’t valid as we’d ordered the adult mains off the set menu. The children’s portions were particularly small on this visit, that I put down to the meals being £1, so to have to pay full price was galling to say the least. We had to stop off at McDonalds on the way back to top my 11 year old daughter up, the meal was so small.Very disappointed, felt like it was a scam. It might be only a small thing, and insignificant but it’s the kind of misleading offer that gets under my skin.Congratulations, you scraped a few more quid out of me this time, but I will never ever return.

Super service, excellent food. Costs a bit on the high side so advise signing up for their mailing service to get the special offers like 2 for 1. I used this on my visit just quote your code. Will certainly go again.

Nice atmosphere, and it was about half full which was surprising for a Wednesday night, but car park busy, I presume for the cinema?Staff were friendly. We had 2 carbonara's and Calzone and lasagne with garlic bread and salad, although our waitress got my husband chips instead of the salad he asked for, she got him one when he reminded her and she apologised and we had the chips free.We also asked for the onion garlic bread to come out with the mains as we didn't have starters but they came out as starters, not the end of the world though.Food was of a good quality, we had vouchers for half off mains, so great value too. Carbonara was a little dry but OK.We had brownies and cheesecake for dessert and they were decent.Didn't use the toilets this visit, but 2 years ago was our last visit and they were easily accessible then. Two of us use power chairs so I told the staff this when I booked and we had an easily accessible table. In spite of the car park being busy, both myself and friend got a wheelchair disabled bay easily right by the restaurant. An enjoyable night. We had a few glitches with our order as I say, but soon rectified and not bad value for money with vouchers that we found online.Have used before and would come again

Staffs were very friendly and nice. food service was great and the waiting time was reasonable even during peak of Xmas season. Pineapple Blush give a try.One of the best Tiramisu ever 👌🏻Big enough portion for one person and worth money.

Great service, we had a table of 18 and both booking and service was great, even though we were a bit rowdy! Food was good for me though some people in my party were not 100% satisfied. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Would recommend!

Went for a meal at the Bentley Bridge Bella Italia, food was outstanding and will definitely be returning. Staff were great and it was not overly busy. Me and my partner had a fabulous time and there are many gluten free options, so I was one happy bunny!
