Poor service dirty cup used for hot water drink. Significantly over cooked breakfast elements on both breakfast s my bacon shot off the plate onto the table when I attempted to cut it to see how overdone it was and that was on the middle the least cooked part of it with discoloured cooking oil on over cooked egg on both plates. And we were served and complained to an assistant manager. She should have rejected it from the pass if it was the chef's error or as we had waited quite a while for it had it been forgotten then again got the poor elements replaced. the eventual one we did get was fine as was those served to the other customers on adjacent tables. We had been there and had a previously good experience hence why we returned but we won't be rushing back

Visited the pub tonight the food was served fast and was to a good standard, found the bradmore arms reasonably clean and tidy, the only real compliant is the friendliness of one of the staff, can only assume she was the manager, she struggled to hold any conversation offered a few grunts, a couple of huff and puffs, she was even told by another customer to smile, hardly the friendly welcoming you want when spending your hard earned money! Didn’t catch her name but the lady had red hair and a face that looked like she had lost £50 and found a quid!!

Came here for a funeral wake, held in the function room upstairs. Bar staff very attentive, the room was attractively laid out, and there was a small bar in the room, taking away the need for people to be going up and down to get drinks. A well maintained house, operated by Greene King.

Met up with family here tonight for a change. . Clean and tidy inside venue. Not many people in but somehow the staff seemed a tad out of sorts or not fully with it somehow tonight. . ( don't know if there was staff sickness or issues out of site ) but it just didn't seem to flow as it should staff wise ...Ordering seemed to take an age... and it was a bit of a faff to find out some drinks were not available. Took a while to confirm that the item was out of stock and not an instant answer. Took a fair few mins and a visit to our table by the bar staff to confirm. ( just needed a yes or no answer of stock on site at the till when ordering tbh ) .food was nice quality and plentiful when it came everyone enjoyed their items.Going forward. I felt that my sons meal , the first meal bought out was a fair bit before the others and seemed a delay that could have been avoidedit was going cool before the other 6 meals came out.. then the knives and forks was missing and delivered as the last meal came out. Maybe going forward cutlery out before first plates arrive so already in place and no arms crossing each other unnecessarily whilst food being delivered..A gap of about 6 minutes from first plate arriving until the cutlery was delivered with the last meal.Staff appeared to be under stress for amount of customers in the pub in my opinion. Not whingeing as such.. I am quite easy going in scheme of things when it comes to pubs and appreciate the hard work people put in .. just highlighting a few things for improvement going forward .. just made me think if it was busy and tables full then would people cope properly looking on tonight's viewings. All good besidesCw

Absolutely mountainous quantities of really well cooked, delicious food, at really very reasonable prices, served in really pleasant surroundings, supported by extremely friendly and professional staff. In particular, I would like to thank Alex who really went over and above to make our visit a really pleasant one. I really cannot overstate how pleasant of an experience this was and will definitely be returning in the near future.

The pub was clean and staff friendly and helpful. I personally prefer fresh vegetables, meat and potatoes which were not available for the price proffered however the appearance was good. I was given a full refund upon further investigation.

My friend and I enjoyed our sizzler steak very much. Our waitress Mel, was so polite and friendly. Compliments to chef Laura. Menu has a good selection, and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend it. Will be dining again very soon.
