Bushbury Balti in Wolverhampton

Ordered a butter chicken etc, sauce was like water asked for another one had to pay and was still water like. Need a new chef or needs to close. Reason for 2 stars, used to love the food and owner was ok.

The food was shocking, everything done in microwave, the meat is tough as F… never going there again.. not worth the money at all!!!

Hot, on time and clearly fresh. Little weak. Sauce could be thicker.I Will be ordering again next time. No doubt it'll be proper tasty and fresh. Excellent service thanks.

I've ordered from here a few times now. Always great service and great food. Really enjoyed their chicken tikka naga curry - perfect if you like a nice kick. Their mixed kebab starter is also 10/10. Will be ordering only from here from now on :D

I have just ordered here, from the Bilbrook area.You saved my night, on the one day that I am taking a break from health detoxing.Every where is close proximity is closed today. The food delivery service was available for use, even after 10:00pm; was really greatful for the food sent out.Moreso, when I answered the door, the man who handed me the food was friendly and polite -- which reflects really well on the business.Have just finished my dish and it was really very nice. I am very happy as a paying customer and would gladly use Bushbury Balit in future.My day will end on a happy note thanks to services here; which happens to be my home routes.Many thanks.

Just visited with a party of 4 people. Have been using this restaurant for nearly 12 months. I will not be returning.Our usual bill is £43. This covers the 4 people having the £9.95 deal and two cans of coke.Upon leaving on the most recent occasion we were presented with a bill for £56. Apparently because we didn’t say ‘we want the deal menu’ we were charged an itemised bill on the ‘a la Carte’ menu. When I questioned why, I was told that the portion sizes are dependant on which menu you order from! Apparently if ordering the deal you are given sub quality or a smaller portion to justify a lower cost.The man dealing with our complaint was rude and arrogant. When we asked to speak to the owner, who is usually on site and is very friendly, we were told he isn’t there anymore and that the younger man was now in charge.Unfortunately customer service and honouring their stated prices aren’t important to a local business. When leaving, the table behind us we’re having the same issue and they were also treated terribly and left before ordering.I would leave a 0 star review if possible. Horrible staff who treated us very poorly especially the way they spoke to the ladies in our group.

Food was absolutely awful. The curries, both tikka masala and korma were extremely watery. And horribly sweet, should not taste like that. The curries both tasted exactly the same just one was Red and one was brown barely any meat in them and that was pre-cooked and dry and flung in the sauce afterwards. Missed my chips off the order, but food was so terrible I wasn't going to even bother wasting my time. The rice was sloppy and not at all how it should be. The samosas were very onion tasting and like one from Asda. And they sent sweaty salad bags with the order. It was absolutely appalling, I will not be ordering again. And a side note, don't bother trying to lecture me on what curry I should have ordered like you did below to someone else, I know what they are supposed to taste like and they was not at all close. The place needs an overhaul of their menu. Whoever gives a good review is delusional and needs to shop around and travel a bit, you are missing out.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!First and last time I order here.The delivery was nearly 25 minutes late andwhen it arrived everything was cold and not whatI ordered. The naan bread had gone soggy andslimy (contained hardly any tikka meat either)the poppadom was stale and bendy, I orderedchicken fried rice but received egg fried rice andthe tikka masala was bland.I had to microwave the entire meal - if I wantedto do that i'd have bought a £2.50 curry fromTescos!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Never Again!All 3 curries barely any meat, just slop of a sauce and it was lukewarm.. Don't get me started on the keema naan bread ordered that had nothing inside, and the most minimal cheese on the other one.Delivery driver was a joke as she refused to deliver to the door, I will say they did send another naan but we'd given up attempting to eat it long before it arrived.All around just a total let down and waste of £30

Now Iv been a loyal customer for many years always ordering from home n going into the shop with many family members and friends. I don't now what has happened as me n my husband ordered about a month ago for the food to be horrid the sauces were off it was just disgusting. We thought maybe it was just a one off ordered again tonight to received the most disgusting food no sauces food been standing for a while and the driver clearly stoned out of his brain DO NOT ORDER GUYS NO WHERE NEAR THE OLD STANDARD IT USED TO BE. Will be finding somewhere else new and taking all my friends and family with me!!!!!
