Food was hot, and well cooked but the sweet and sour sauce had no pineapple or tomato in which is where you should get the taste from

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Ordered on uber eats nearly 2 hours ago, rang them up to ask when the food didn’t come on the time stated on ubereats and was told it will be another 30mins!! After the 30 minutes still no food arrived so rang them again and the man on the phone said it’s going to take even more time. I’m not being funny why accept so many orders if you can’t handle it!!! Stop lying to your customers about what time food is going to arrive!!! Absolutely awful service will never be ordering again

Don’t bother with these! I have been a regular customer, started off fine by ensuring I got my food on time. NOW I have been waiting over 2 hours. Won’t be ordering from these in the future!!! The free fortune cookies we’re stale OUT OF DATE using last years stock probably!!

Best Chinese food! Love their spring rolls, chips in curry sauce and chicken with green peppers and black bean sauce with rice! Divine. Amazing customer service too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Unbelievably poor service.(Ordered on 17th August through Just Eat) After waiting for two hours for the food to arrive; we called the restaurant to be told it is only now being cooked.When asking when the food will arrive they advise it will be in 35 minutes, when stating that this is too long I was advised that the food has actually now been cooked and will arrive in 20 minutes.Waiting for 2 hours... we were starving already and 20 minutes more seemed like 1. A lie told by the restaurant to get me off the phone and 2. Far too long to cook some fried rice and crispy shredded chicken. So I asked for the order to be cancelled.The woman on the phone was rude and impatient and after asking to speak to the manager I was advised he was cooking the food and would not talk. After the restaurant refused to cancel the order I was offered £5 off and when I refused £10 off the order.After I reiterated that I would like the order to be cancelled. The not so friendly woman on the phone then responded with 'Contact Just Eat' and hung up.After an hour on the phone with Just Eat I had the order cancelled and refunded as well as a £10 voucher for the inconvenience.If Just Eat want to save some money remove them from the website.

Forget all the negative reviews and the time it takes.. this chinese is,the best takeaway I have had in Wolverhampton and I've had a few.. stunning. King po beef is awesome. Singapore noodles are to die for .. curry sauce maybe out the packet but tastes bloody good.. glad I ordered too much so I have more for lunch tomorrow. Good job!

While the food here isn't too bad - I would not recommend the delivery option. Every order is typically 30 to 45 minutes extra than what they say. Delivery drivers have an excuse everytime. That said we would normally put up with that.My latest order was placed at 7.20pm and arrived at 9:30pm - That's over 2 hours and totally unacceptable. I rang the restaurant to cancel the order, explaining that I had guests around who were fed up of waiting and to be honest was a little embarrassing. The restaurant refused to give a refund.In fact they hung up on me. At 9:30 the food arrived and I rang again when I saw him pull up. We explained to the driver we didn't want the food and he rang. The restaurant hung up on him too!!Didn't get a refund and I will not be using this company again!Very bad experience!!
