Chopsticks in Wolverhampton

I went down there with a friend and when i say i am absolutely disgusted with the quality of food and customer service we received. I will never be visiting there again nor will i be recommending this so called restaurant. Stay away unless you want, stale tasting food. What a waste of time and money. When an issue was raised all we got from staff and so called management is attitude. You have a nice day now.

Had a house special curry last night it was rank the sauce was like jelly and nasty ,the chips overdone dry and hard ,was the same last time I ordered but ya gotta give em a 2nd chance but no change so lost a customer now

Ordered food and the quality of food wasn’t good, the chips tasted stale, egg fried rice was like couscous, ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and they were just plain, What a waste of money, we will never order from this take away again! Unhappy customer.

Awful.. Never again.. Need to replace chef.. Threw the meal away.. Chips reheated god knows how meny times.. No sauce, peppers or chicken in the Cantonese sweet & sour.. Over salted..wouldn't feed it to a dog.. What a waste of £17...

worst chinese food we have ever had, not sure how they could hv 4.8 out of 6 on just eat app. we have sweet and sour dish for dozens of times in our life, their s&s pork was the worst, lemon chichen was slightly better and the salt and chili chicken wings was again worst of the worst, the portion was really small compare to others for the price we paid, the carrot in the s&s pork taste rotten, i should hv taken some pics, would never come back again. given 2 star as the food was still edible!!

Disappointing food and service. The veg in our chow mein looked rotten and brown, the kid's chips were stale and £2 for a small bag of prawn crackers!? They are having a laugh.

I have been a customer for many years, mainly food brilliant, I thought they had a blimp last year when food was either burnt or cold. Over the past six months I have regular orders and to be fair the food improved. Not sure what the clinch was but it seems to have been resolved. The food is back to normal, hot and almost delicious. A few things need to change. I'll keep at it. They should reinstall free crackers for orders over a tennis.

From the moment you enter this place the personel give you a pleasant feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a happy place to pass time with your friends or with your date. Excellent cooking, skillful chef, comfortable pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

Food is ok... not the best...have had their food several time as my favourite Cantonese takeaway is some distance away.. On several occasions I have notice the guy taking the order both over the phone and at the front desk very sharp , snappy and rude. He s always sour faced. My neighbour as noticed this as well. He s also very arrogant. He gives the impression he's not bothered if you buy or not.. don't get me wrong I don't expect a hug but what I expect if I'm spending my good hard earned money is a bit of good customer service which this guy is clearly very much lacking.. It's for this reason I've decided not to give my patronage there any longer. My neighbour as decided the same. Besides as I stayed earlier their food is not the best.

To be honest, this place does not even deserve a star! I placed an order for chow mein, instead I recieved a box full of bean sprouts. Hats off to whoever made the chips, thats the only thing that was made properly. However, lets not forget the chicken curry, which has no chicken, but full of onions. And the driver was disrepectful and smelt of BO. Not good for business.
