COSMO Wolverhampton in Wolverhampton

Visited on Sunday £17.99 each person half price for my 6 year old. Was very busy had to wait 10 minutes for table our table that was booked. Pay on arrival to table. Food was good. Lots of variety. Most foods were sweet too taste. Very pricey my 12 year old son had to pay full price! Would only visit occasionally. Recommend to book a table before you visit, if they get to answer the phone, long delays in answering the phone.

Really nice! Clean, fresh interior and a big variety of food. Delicate presented and good taste.

Not the best experience I have had at a restaurant. The food was good, and the choice excellent, but thats about it for the positives. I found the staff incredibly rude, and it felt like they just wanted to rush us through. We were given a card for the table with a time on it which was when they wanted us to leave by. It wasn't even 2 hours from the time we arrived. The waitress didn't even bother to let us sit down, before asking for payment and what drinks we wanted. They added a service charge to the card machine before hiding the display and then expecting payment- what a cheek especially as it's a buffet. Finally other staff around the restaurant were rude, knocking into customers while moving tables and no apologies. Expensive for what it is, and won't be back again in a hurry.

I think that its alright, the Chinese food is amazing but the rest of the food was ok, the dessert choices were disappointing.. to be honest it is a little expensive for 16.99 PP and the way they give children a certain height a discount rather than an age is odd. The staff were very helpful and approachable but overall I do not really think it will be my choice of place moving forward.

I went to cosmo with my friends.The staff was helpful and kind.Dessert corner was yumm !The food choice wasn’t great for vegetarians.The Indian corner literally had just sauces left only. We had to ask for a refill on that.I ordered lemonade for my drink ,It had only fizz no flavour.The place cleanliness was not too bad but could work on it more.Not sure if I will go back again.

Well what can I say but you book a table over a week in advance get there on time to be told its not ready .....15 minutes later there is approximately 30 people (all walk ins) being told to stand and wait for a table in the reception area which was absolutely over crowded with people and was pretty much impossible to get past them to get to the table we were finally allocated. The manager thought this was acceptable to allow people trying to carry hot food to struggle past that amount of people. It was absolutely chaotic and staff seemed to be struggling to cope (not their fault) We didn't bother to stay this was booked for a birthday meal I won't be returning anytime soon!

Visited with a friend at 3pm on a Sunday so plenty of space without feeling overcrowded. Good variety of food to cater for most tastes including a Vegan section. We were given a time slot of 1 3/4 hours which was actually plenty of time. Only issue was parking as it is situated on a very busy retail park.

Not worth it at all. At £19 per person the service and food is awful. We had to ask a number of times for our plates to be taken. The food is appalling, burnt and tasteless. I've been to Edinburgh Cosmos a number of times which really is always a delight to go. But this Wolverhampton branch is no where close

Food is good, plenty of choice. Free on your birthday. Can't complain, the Curry's are really nice. Definitely worth going.
