Costa Coffee in Wolverhampton

Friendly staff, fast service, quiet seating areas with plug/usb sockets for your phone or laptop. They now serve M&S Cafe food amongst a few of their own products. Make sure you download the app to get points which you can also collect at the petrol station machines.

Costa in the Mander Centre, used to be in Debenhams (currently closed). Good location and staff are pleasant and friendly. Had a Terry's Orange hot chocolate....was lovely. Super polite barista staff too

I thought it was rather dull, drab and dark inside. Looks like it could do with a good makeover. No atmosphere of any kind either.That said, the array of cakes looked amazing and were beautifully arranged. I had a Lemon Muffin and a Filter Coffee. While the coffee was okay, the Lemon Muffin was light and delicious. I would be more than happy to eat another!

This location on the B and Q end of the retail park is abysmal.. the staff are miserable, the service is lacklustre and the ambiance is worse than a dentists waiting room. Costa need to shake this location up as it's just not their standard..

This is a good size Costa with plenty of seats and fast, efficient service. There's the usual choice of beverages and a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and snacks available too.

Another bad experience at costa. Asked for a 1 shot medium take away mocha with 7 scoops of chocolate. Been told that I can't as they only give 3. Been having this drink since 90s. I know she lied. Rude too, wondering if it was my appearance. Just refunded my money. Asked for the manager was told that he/she was off, no name given. Starbucks is the only answer for better customer service.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Clean cafe and value for money drinks and food.

He spends so much time here I am considering putting up a tent here ! Good service with the team here, George is always happy to see us, greets his customers well and is an asset to the costa group. Always busy here with the drive thru but kind of expected in the current climate. Now where did I put those tent pegs...... 🤔

I am absolutely appalled with this costa coffee service. They claim to offer home delivery as a service, I waited over 1.5 hours after ordering via Uber Eats for my delivery, only to be told it's cancelled. Absolutely shocking. I ordered for me and my daughter to have a hot chocolate and she had been left extremely distressed - genuinely so disappointed.

This Costa's is always busy, but fast serving and professional. The insidand outside is always clean and tidy. I've rarely seen a dirty table left. Staff are friendly and professional. The outside tables are also always clean as are the ashtrays, which is a problem with other Costa's I've noticed that the outside tables are often neglected. Not at this one. Would definitely recommend for a quick coffee before doing some retail therapy.
