Kfc in Wolverhampton

Vile, chicken was dry as anything and at only 11:45 am, probably last nights offerings warmed up. If I’d have eaten in I would have requested a refund and went elsewhere.

Signs non existent, unless you go regularly, and let's face it, with the quality of the food, who would?? No way of knowing where windows are now they have redesigned. Food was foul so won't be having to find our way again anytime soon 🤮

We had went there tonight in the hopes of getting a nice little comfort dinner , however we were met with an extremely long waiting time in order to get our food , and even with this, the food tasted weird. By weird I mean that the chicken tasted old, the chips were somewhat burned and the corn on the cob that we had , looked as if it was made a couple days ago and reheated now. Very disappointed with this experience, will not be returning any time soon.

Had a lovely meal inside the restaurant. Everything was spotless and the food was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly too. Plenty of car parking spaces in the car park, and disabled spaces. Really enjoyable visit 😍👍👌

Friendly staff, decent food. The shape of the chicken was weird, making it difficult to eat. It was nothing like the picture on the wall, but hey that's no surprise 😂The tables weren't clean. The toilet was much worse. Smelly, dirty and weirdly spaced. I'd definitely not visit this place again to dine in.

Disgraceful service originally ordered through deliveroo but restaurant cancelled the order. Then when went to restaurant I couldn't order exactly what I had online. The chicken in the burger barely fitted in the hash brown and was greasy as hell

I see lot of negative reviews, however, after our visit to Tesco we went to eat here and had a pleasant experience. The store was cleanest among the other KFC stores I visited recently. The food was hot and fresh, the staff served the food at table, everything was good. Will visit again.

This is not the first time that our family is actually been put off by having wrong food items without been asked or even been told.The option on the boxes weren’t pushed down so by the time we all had opened our boxes to check , the food was cold.Hot wings were dry, felt like it was recooked a few times.Kids ordered corn on the cob however found beans in the boxes again no apologies or explanations at the point when we went to collect the food.Rice box was ordered with extra fillet but only one fillet was added. When rang the store they said it’s not showing on their screen. Luckily, we ordered through app so have the proof that we have paid extra for extra fillet.Popcorn chicken nearly choked my daughter as it was so dry and hard!!!!If anyone of us in the family wakes up poorly , we exactly know the reason.Pathetic service and pathetic food.Horrible, really spoilt it all.I ended up binning all the food which I absolutely hate as we respect food.Really a big let down this time.

Not happy about being misled about the salad being included in the meal deal I ordered and yet it was charged extra. Of course it was wilted and warm which was bizzare. Not happy at all.
