VERY DISAPPOINTED!!I’ve been their customers from so many years, I used to come with my family when I was younger as I just love their food but after yesterday I will never ever go there again!!Yesterday around 5 pm I went there with my sister to get some snacks as it was bank holiday. I went to the till there was a tall man with glasses who was serving, he was already very rude with the staff members and he was rushing everything. Anyways I started placing my order and I’ve asked for one “ALOO CHAT”, after taking my order he asked me to wait on the sofas. After 20 minutes he called me over and showed me the food but the chat wasn’t the same one that I always have so I’ve asked him what it was. He said it’s “ALOO CHANA CHAT” so I said there’s been a confusion I’ve asked for “ALOO TIKKI CHAT” he gave me the angriest look ever! He goes that I wasn’t clear before wich I’ve apologise even if it was his fault as I didn’t know there’s different type of alo chat and he didn’t double check with me about which one I want, but still I’ve apologised just to not make the situation worst. Insted of accepting my apologies he was keep moaning infront of everyone that I’ve wasted 5£ from his pocket by ordering the wrong one bla bla. Even if he didn’t take my order right, he showed me the paper with my order written it said “ ALOO CHAT” not aloo chana chat!! Anyways he was keep moaning making me feel uncomfortable everyone at the restaurant were staring at us it was just embarrassing!! Even if I said sorry he didn’t stop to moan until I left that place !! Why would you treat your customers like this? I was upset all afternoon even when I got home because it was such a embarrassing moment for me and I will never ever go back there again!! There was a miss understanding he didn’t double check which chat I want and I didn’t know that there are different type of aloo chat. There was no need to make me feel this bad, embarrassing me infront of staff people and customers. YOU GUYS NEED TO SORT OUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ITS NOT GOOD!!!

Awful parotas! I’ve never seen or eaten such thick parotas ever. Honestly the chef really needs to be re-trained. They’re quite expensive too and you don’t get any yogurt or pickle either unless you eat in. Avoid

Always our favourite place to go to for any occasion we celebrate. Great friendly staff and delicious food!

Cheap..when compared to Dosa Hut down the road or Uday opposite.had papadi chaat,mirchi baaji and Makki ki roti with sarson ka saag and soft drinks.Food is decent but no where close to the restaurants I have mentioned above.it came to £21.5 for both of us.really went for the sarson ka saag and was not dissappointed,though the Makki ki roti could gave been cooked a little more. The man serving could have been more friendly!

Foods nice just a shame they don't sell smaller portions for take out. I live alone so end up having to buy far too much if I fancy something from there.

Good food , good stuff.But the prices of the foods have been increased quite sharply . Would like to draw attention of the management in this regard especially for the sit in arrangement.

Lovely tasty food every time we visit. Nice place to visit with the family. Good choice of savory dishes and sweets. Definitely recommend anyone who hasn't tried to check this restaurant out!

Nice function room upstairs. Big and spacious room for any event and the staff were extremely friendly; particularly one last and one gentlemen who appeared to be the waiters in charge . Although they both spoke little English, they were very friendly and welcoming

Quality service, excellent food. Truly authentic sweets, snacks and meals.
