Major Fish Restaurant in Wolverhampton

1st time having orange chips and wow!! Why does it taste so good?! So crispy on the outside and chippy like inside ❤️. They also had such a great team of friendly staff which made the whole experience exceptional. It’s well worth taking the drive to Bilston.

Food absolutely amazing !!!! Best chippy I've ever been to.. Battered chips are soooo nice. The " Whale" cod is amazing. Highly recomended .

Good old Majors. First visit 1988 . Brought back fantastic memories of my school days while visiting family and friends. Had my usual Curry chips with original Puka Steak & Kidney pie. Well worth a visit any time you in Bilston near Wolverhampton.

Always excellent Chips. Fish is superb and the Cod Roe is to die for, my parents have used them for years and introduced me a couple of years ago, and now the best news ever, I live in Blackpool Lancashire and they are looking to setting up shop in Blackpool, which for me will be awesome, I can't recommend them more highly, if you haven't already tried, what you waiting for ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing!!!!! Working for a local council, ive been to most chippies in the surrounding areas and I 💯 guarantee you its the best chippy in the Midlands! Every thing they sell is delicious, the only bad thing is now, you won't want to have chips from any where else because you will get disappointed. I wish there was a closer shop to my house. Well done guys!!!

Very, very, very slow service and it wasn't very busy. The member of staff didn't appear to know what she was doing . Disappointed in the "famous battered chips" pretty soggy to be fair not much flavour, however the fish was very nice, lovely light batter well seasoned and fish had a lovely fresh taste. Not very nice to be pushed out the way so a member of staff could sweep up as she said she wanted to home as its been a long day... don't think she's cut out for working with the public. Shame as heard this was the best chippy around..... I think not. Sorry

Beautiful fish and chips.Good quality an value for money.Not the cheapest but we'll worth the bit extra.Parking is a 2 x minute walk.My favourite fish an chip shop.

Crispy on the outside and flaky soft on the inside is what I would describe these amazing battered fish. The chips are also amazing. I don't know why they are selling this for such a low price!

Very long queue, wanted to try their famous chips and they didn't disappoint.

Amazing chips, let down by the poor service, as I received mainly crumbs for chips. Fish is nice. Otherwise it would have got 4.5 stars! Shame really. If you get the right waitress, it's worth the wait as the queues can be quite long.
