McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Been here a few times. Staff are nice. Chicken wrap was nice. But surprise surprise my fries were cold when I got back to my van which was parked 30 seconds walk away. Always the same ... cold fries. Won't be coming back here again.

Staff are mostly friendly and nice to deal with. More care required with orders would be helpful as they have got my order wrong several times. Can get extremely busy in the evenings and very long queues. Chaotic with the amount of traffic going in & out when busy.

So i made an order earlier to be delivered for 9:10pm. Its not 9:40pm and ive had no update on the order and when i tried ringing them i got no answer. Hopefully this will be sorted out and if it is i will either remove this review or edit/add a comment to it.

I had an issue with an order that I had ordered but one of the staff was very helpful and gave me a code for a free meal next time so thank you.

Only at home I realised that cheese in my Big Mac was not properly melted. Food gets to cold to quickly for my liking. Only dine in from now on I guess.

Sorry guys, but chips looked and tasted like they were standing around for ages. What happened to that golden brown, crispy on the outside soft in the middle. The Coca Cola didn't taste like cola, it was a mix of Cola and something else.

Been here a few times always great service. Down side though, the manager needs to learn how to talk to his staff. You don't reprimand staff in front of customers!

After ordering at the drive through, I was told to go and park up anywhere on the car park. After 25 minutes we were still there waiting for our order. I thought that McDonald's were a fast food service.

I love there new renovations (as of 2022). I think there new design, similar to the old one, is much more modern and nicer looking! :D

So I order the hamburger happy meal and chicken nuggets, the hamburger did not have anything on it just a plain bun.
