McDonald's in Wolverhampton

One of the friendliest I've been in. The staff were really polite & friendly

Absolute joke from management, sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, go to order and told no frappes, then sat while everyone picked up there orders so i could actually leave, management must be very poor here, it would take 2 minutes to put a sign up to avoid people having to go through this on the hottest day of the year, very poor.

What a shocking excuse for a restaurant, cannot physically rate them lower , but believe me if i could i would. Ordering thru the my mcdonalds app was simple and efficent. delivery times could have been better. The food was poorly packaged. the order was incorrectly prepared, we ordered 2 big mac meals and requested that mcdonalds remove the shreded lettuce of both burgers and the pickles of the other. This was not done. Two of the drinks where full and what i ordered, HOWEVER they sent a diet cola instead of an orange fanta. The subsisted drink was two third full by the time we had recived the order. £44 down the pan. Mc Donalds need to buck their ideas up or else i and my familty will certainly not order with them again, maybe it is time to give burger king a try. might get a better service. This event is not a one off but yet another signpost of a failing franchise.defintly will never recomend to family as they haave extremly poor customer service.

The most awkward of all car parks...You arrive right off a roundabout and the entrance to the car park will be blocked by people waiting for the drive though. Once you get in there are cars constantly moving and the spaces are tight.Once you park you have to walk all the way to the front, it's not a well throughout restaurant.The food was the expected standard and was nice. It was also very warm.The only negative was the ice cream was pretty much melted when they brought it over. Ive seen them make the mcflurrys right away and leave them on the side because they are easy to make so not sure if this is the reason or the machine isn't freezing it well enough.We sat at a table where one spot was right under the aircon and it was freezing, i had goosebumps.Sounds like a lot of complaining but I'm just stating my experience.The food was good and the staff were really friendly so overall it was alright.Food *****Service *****Environment ***Parking *Accessibility **

Organisation full of staff however they are not able get a simple order correct. They require retraining, its not rocket sciene. Im no longer a customer. I rather take my money to high end places where i can receive better service and quality food. Not to mention the staffs always looking miserable with poor customer service skills.

Can never get special order instructions right the first time. Very poor customer service. Manager Sarah has a disgusting attitude towards customers

Been here a few times. Staff are nice. Chicken wrap was nice. But surprise surprise my fries were cold when I got back to my van which was parked 30 seconds walk away. Always the same ... cold fries. Won't be coming back here again.

Always have a good McDonald’s. But this bank holiday weekend food cold . Regular customer . Not happy . Just been back cold again and not even put sauce in and Fanta off all soda no flavour

Sorry guys, but chips looked and tasted like they were standing around for ages. What happened to that golden brown, crispy on the outside soft in the middle.The Coca Cola didn't taste like cola, it was a mix of Cola and something else.

Staff are mostly friendly and nice to deal with. More care required with orders would be helpful as they have got my order wrong several times. Can get extremely busy in the evenings and very long queues. Chaotic with the amount of traffic going in & out when busy.
