Wish i could give this zero stars absolutely awful the worst buffet I've ever had the misfortune of going to.All the food was stale and when i say all i mean the left overs from everyone else.We got charged full price only to be told they're not replacing any of the food which we had no choice there was absolutely nothing left most were either empty, mauled or just dried up leftovers from everyone else.Don't expect people to pay for scraps of food when advertised as all you can eat buffet and you're apparently open until 9pm but by 7pm you stop putting out fresh food and take away the food completely at 8.30 while still accepting 8pm bookings.

Went for a birthday, 12 of us in total. The entrance and paying isnt very efficient. Only one poor girl taking payments and a long queue. Really needs a table service system instead of the pile up at the entrance chaos. Which it seems like they have the mobile chip and pin as we paid at the table for drinks later on. Seemed very young and still learning but were super polite and went out of their way to help. The food was really nice. I had some ribs that were a little tough but the rest was great. There was a guy making candyfloss and pancakes as the night went on.Really good night.

The food is great but there isn't enough just like the staff and workers. The toilets are disgusting and smelly even McDonald's could do 100x better. If your looking for somewhere nice to go with different varieties of food and nice interior then just go to Cosmo. The dessert was also very disappointing.(Wolverhampton)

Visited this restaurant on the 17/3/22 we not visited for about three years has we live in Staffordshire. But we thought we would go the extra miles because we enjoyed last time, and we was celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday. Our first plate of food was cold it wasn’t hot at all everything that my family chose to put on there plates were cold, so we went up again to get a second plate full of food and that was the same when we sat down the food was cold! My husband complained about this to a lady on the till who books you in to be seated, she apologised and had someone check all the food with a temperature probe. By this time we was disappointed so we went onto desserts, which we thought was poor hardly no selection and no ice cream my 11 year old son was disappointed he loves ice cream, the cakes were disgusting. We left swiftly the place has gone downhill the quantity of the food and temperature shocking I like to eat hot food! Me and family had diarrhoea on that night due to that awful food specially my son he been up all night. So not waste your money here, £85 for a family of four poor quality and cold food!

Do not recommendWe came here for a 50th birthday, the tables were completely depressed which was terrible. They didn’t put the correct number of tables and chairs out, they then added another table but was asked if we wanted more chairs (lol, of course?). This was waiting 30 minutes for our table, as it wasn’t ready. Then 10 minutes in a queue to pay. Then had to wait 20 minutes for drinks ,which were all completely mixed up. Drinks orders were coming to our table with other drinks. We was then asked to pay for drinks we didn’t order, but was apparently brought to our table, but they weren’t. We gave waiting staff candles for a cake we brought in, it was gold 50 candles, but on the cake 3 random thin candles were put on. We ordered vodka and cokes and only vodka came. We tried to get waiters attention but couldn’t. Took ages for plates to be cleared. Won’t be back. Selection wasn’t even that decent.

The food is not bad, I really enjoyed it but, the place tho, really needs an upgrade. The carpets are smelly and really old, ripping apart. The walls, the paint are coming off. The toilets are really dirty and disgusting to even use them.I would come back if I wasn`t feeling like eating in an abandoned restaurant.

Been there a couple months back for my birthday meal in November, enjoyed it then. Drove passed and fancied it again. Fairly priced and good value for money. Majority of staff are very attentive. Large range of foods, stocked up occasionally. I never usually make it to desserts but I had to make room this time lol. Nice selection also. Only downfall was a cheaper type of chocolate being used for the fountain. But that’s minor. Being a bartender also, the cocktails are also good here and bartenders know their drinks. Visited today and the trainee Josh was fab! Asset to the service at Ming Moon. So polite and was always something he was doing. Natalia the lady on the FOH desk was also very polite. My new favorite buffet and despite my New Years dietary resolutions I will be returning😁

A warm welcome and attentive staff. Was a little disappointed with the starters as the lettuce leaves weren't replenished while we were there, so no yuk sung ( one of my favourite starters). Everything else was lovely and still a lot of desserts to choose from, even though it was lunchtime. My companions certainly enjoyed the ice-cream.
