Nando's in Wolverhampton

The most disgusting Nando’s in whole of uk. we go all over the uk and this branch has new management every week! management and staff are totally rude ! The staff will rush you at the till when your ordering food,they will cut eyes at you, and make you feel rushed and uncomfortable! most of the staff don’t want to be there! attitude stinks Bradley. And the management looks half a sleep, so dopey.If food is not up to your standard they will come over and say what’s wrong with the food? instead of replying hello can we change it sorry for the inconvenience! Lol. constantly burning chicken. This Nando’s has low standards compared to others! Eg London,Manchester.

Disappointing. Greeted by someone who didn't even talk to us just picked up menus and took us to a table, didn't explain how things work. Food was barely warm but had no time to send it back as we were going to the theatre to watch a show. Not the usual nandos experience. Wouldn't go back there

Visited here due to this Nandos being Halal. Service was mediocre. Nobody seemed happy or very helpful. The chicken was very dry not moist at all. Was ok nothing special unfortunately.

I ordered on the app and my friends ordered at the till, my friends had received and eaten theirs before I had received mine. Despite ordering before them. Apart from that, the food was good, nice atmosphere and plenty of sauces! Halal chicken too!

Nice and not too busy place to eat. Service was good and workers welcoming. Food was amazing,well cooked.

Nice and cosy setting, loved the food. Only thing I found difficult that day was the parking meter which took cash and could not get change for some time. Lovely setting with periodic style hotels in the front.

Nice and comfortable seating,Music was on very low?Very quiet not too busy!Would prefer warmer drinksand orange juice, pineapple juice, tropical juice!

Awful service from start to finish. Meals came out at totally different times which meant someone was still waiting for food when we had nearly finished. My meal came out in bits. Chips were cold. Saw a member of staff put chicken thighs into a take away box and then re-plate them onto an "eat in" plate? Nobody came and asked how the food was during our meal. Asked rhe manager for head office details and I was just given the stores email address. Upon complaining I was told "sorry" but no offer of resolution to put things right. Oh, and members of staff who were in their own clothes and not at work was going behind the till.. very professional and hygienic.. not!I visit nandos often but will avoid this one at all costs.

Visited the famous Nandos. Friendly Staff, spacious, ample Soft Drinks, relaxed Atmosphere. Chicken was OK, Desserts were Wonderful, should of taken a Photograph.

My experiance in this place was not really good, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before admitted (but that was not an issue), the staff were welcoming and helpful.What I did not like is the portion size of the food, was not enough for 1 person, making it overpriced restaurant. Beside the taste, I can say it was OK, and just OK.Generally speaking the restaurant is ok, but I will hesitate before I come back again.
