Nice and comfortable seating,Music was on very low?Very quiet not too busy!Would prefer warmer drinksand orange juice, pineapple juice, tropical juice!

What can I say Nando’s always hits the spot . It’s the safe option if you don’t want to try somewhere new. Customer service is good here but only issue is they treat peri salt like gold dust. You order peri fries and need a magnifying glass to find the peri salt. I just ask staff for “ more peri salt” and they do come over quickly and add / or give sachets of it so it’s quickly resolved but bit annoying tbh

Is it me or does this place always give under cooked chicken on delivery? Why don't they ever make there chicken well done? Like this comment if you always get the same experience, especially on delivery

Awful service from start to finish. Meals came out at totally different times which meant someone was still waiting for food when we had nearly finished. My meal came out in bits. Chips were cold. Saw a member of staff put chicken thighs into a take away box and then re-plate them onto an "eat in" plate? Nobody came and asked how the food was during our meal. Asked rhe manager for head office details and I was just given the stores email address. Upon complaining I was told "sorry" but no offer of resolution to put things right. Oh, and members of staff who were in their own clothes and not at work was going behind the till.. very professional and hygienic.. not!I visit nandos often but will avoid this one at all costs.

The atmosphere was a great balance between lively and relaxing. People were smiling, the staff were very friendly and attentive to needs, and the food was delicious! One of my favourite places to eat in Wolverhampton.

My daughter was having a meal with her friends to celebrate her birthday. They staff were amazing! I'd asked them if they could bring out a birthday cake at the end of the meal, they not only brought the cake out, but also sang Happy Birthday to her as well. She was suitably embarrassed as teenagers are, but she said it had been the best birthday ever.Thank you so much for everything 🌟

Excellent food quality. Visited on a Monday evening so it was quiet but was still made to try and order using the qr cpde which was disappointing as there was a fault after numerous attempts. Finally managed to order at the till. It was a bit too warm inside too!

Visited the famous Nandos. Friendly Staff, spacious, ample Soft Drinks, relaxed Atmosphere. Chicken was OK, Desserts were Wonderful, should of taken a Photograph.

My experiance in this place was not really good, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before admitted (but that was not an issue), the staff were welcoming and helpful.What I did not like is the portion size of the food, was not enough for 1 person, making it overpriced restaurant. Beside the taste, I can say it was OK, and just OK.Generally speaking the restaurant is ok, but I will hesitate before I come back again.
