We use the pub quite regularly, maybe twice or three times a week after work for a couple of pints. The beer has always been good, never bad and service has been good too although I understand that there have been temporary staff whilst new tenants were sourced. The ambience in the pub is good and the decor is comfortable. There seems to be a lack of customers at the moment and this needs to be rectified as a good pub is a busy pub. Parking can be a challenge sometimes as there is only the few on street spaces outside and round the corner. Some food options would be good, snacks, sandwiches, rolls and maybe basic cooked food I think would be welcomed by the customers.

It wasn't that busy when we went in,but the staff seemed more interested in collecting glasses than serving.the choice of beers is quite good and the atmosphere was ok for a Saturday night. I will reserve judgement on this one until i visit again as it was after a wolves match and they had run out of a few things.

Great venue for like-minded people to hold an event, i have been to the soul night upstairs tonight, great atmosphere, for the people who don't want to be directly in the main room there the seating area on the balcony to talk rubbish to each other, its only issue is the down stair double doors on your way back from the bar if you can juggle it's not so bad ✊✊

The Banks Bitter/Amber 🍻 was exceptionally good. The new lady in charge as of a week ago (January 2022) is Nic, deserves our fullest support.

Great pub to use pre-match. Good range of ale and lager; friendly efficient staff and a great vibe in the build up to kick-off. Warm and welcoming customers add to a great atmosphere.

Polite service. Good tables and chairs. Friendly, laid back atmosphere. Only one drawback for me, as a CAMRA member - just one available on the night, others were pending. Marks would have been even higher, otherwise.

Great place and staff are excellent. Came in today on match day and although the pub was busy, staff were on top of it with amazing friendly service and beer was lovely.
