Food was bland and seemed like it had been reheated. Gave me and my partner food poisoning.

Drinks were hot, food was cold. Thank god for the microware. Started to eat my curry and found a lovely long hair (I am bald). Ended up throwing more out then was eaten. Wouldn't recommend. Oh and it was meant to arrive 8:35 actual arrival 9:15 I know a Friday is busy but ordered at 7. Oh well at least I get to try a different Chinese next time.

Just had a delivery from here, the food was cold on delivery and to be honest the worst tasting Chinese I have eaten to date. It tasted like yesterday's food that had been reheated. Very disappointed.

After spending 18 pounds on an order, still no free prawn crackers?? Really?? That is just sad 😥

I'm not normally a fan of Chinese food as I find it rather bland in comparison to Indian cuisine. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour in their Sechuan chicken and Singapore fried rice. Lovely food and this will now be my local Chinese takeaway of choice.

There is nothing that really stands out to make this takeaway business much, if any different to any other. In its defence the service was pretty good. The wait for food was comparable with many other similar outlets. This establishment is CASH ONLY so remember your wallet or purse to avoid any fallouts& disappointments.

I have never made any bad reviews of local takeaways since moving to Penn over a year ago but this place warrants an exception; you never bite the hand that feeds you but I will never go here again and therefore I have no qualms in giving an opinion. The food was well below the standard I expect. The egg fried rice was stale and possibly left over from the weekend in order to maximise profits. The ribs were dry and tasteless; again possibly left over from produce made from the weekend. The chips were cold and soggy and my prawns in my main dish must have come from a ready meal as they did not taste like something produced within an hour. My partner was sick almost immediately from her meal and this is what has prompted my reaction more than anything. I do not expect to pay over 25 pounds for a meal that is stale, lacking flavour and taste.

Terrible food is horrible and the driver pee,s up your house food is not good DO NOT USEJust a quick one, not one to complain about anything really but just to make some of you aware, I ordered a chinese from Springhill late on Monday night as this is my regular and i’ve never seemed to have any issue before. After the delivery driver dropped the food off, he walked down the side of my house and decided to urinate all up my house. After my boyfriend shouted at him to move and stop he continued and ignored us. He then got in his car and drove off without even apologising. After ringing the Springhill to explain to them what had happened the woman on the phone simply said she wouldn’t do nothing without proof. Proof? honestly so disappointed that we didn’t even get an apology from her and was basically labelled as liars. Just be careful when ordering from here, and keep an eye out for the delivery drivers!!!

Undeniably poor. Used to be one of the best takeaways in the area and I just don't know what has happened. Takes forever to arrive and then is incorrect. Ordered Sweet and Sour chicken balls, but arrived as mixed meat. Chicken was pink, pork was that dry even the dog wouldn't eat it. Rice cold. Everything is greasy and covered in condensation. Didn't bother to complain as last time they tried to blame me for their mistake. Clearly gone down hill and no more chances will be given. AVOID!

We have just been to this Chinese and as visitors to the area we was recommended to visit due to the decent food.As we only wanted starters as the children were Hungary.,we ordered 3 soups, Cantonese spring rolls.,salt and pepper wings, salt and pepper ribs. Salt and pepper chips, and normal chips.Well, the two lots of chips were to say the least, awful the rolls were tastelass.soup was good as was the ribs/wings. I rang to complain about the quality of the food. I took the chips back. Upon my arrival, no apology. No, would you like a fresh batch. The attitude here was money back. Goodbye. I certainly will never step foot in this shop again. I visit a few times a year and I will never go back.Bluntly awful service. Tread with care
