Very very poor. Battered furniture, stale bread, chicken nachos tasted like they were a week old. The worst Subway franchise I have ever eaten in. WIll not use again.

Bought meal deal with chicken tikka sub included, very angry how the girl that served me didn't care to mention that they made the chicken using the same cutlery that was used to make the ham sub. Given that I was visually seen as someone that would be highly offended if there had been cross contamination involved. Also why was the sub falling apart?

ZERO STAR RATED CUSTOMER SERVICE From the manager directly for what she said....when I received Nachos with the cheese NOT been heated in their Microwave as per standard procedure i rang and spoke to the Manager (Tara) whom asked me “DON’T YOU HAVE A MICROWAVE?!” I’m thinking don’t you have a brain? Wow what amazing people skills subway have taught there colleagues, get this attitude from a manager, I dread to think what the staff would come out with!! Then my foot-long was actually a FOOTLONG! Wasn’t cut in half....With extra cheese missing which i requested and paid for.....but i was offered JUST nachos on my next delivery order as a sorry....not good enough! AS IF IM GOING TO USE YOUR BRANCH AGAIN! FOOLS! Watch out and AVOID! Be smart and use another Subway which is located 3 minutes walk inside of town opposite Primark!

An asian gentlemen served us at this restaurant today i didnt quite catch his name, love- something. As someone who is experienced in customer service i'd say his service is outstanding. Excellent people skills

Poor service, waited 13 mins to make two sandwiches, cold food and to top it off.. They had the cheek to say should of ate it quicker!!! My wife wasn't pleased with how we was treated

If i could leave a zero I would. Staff are rude and unfriendly. Slow pace on busy days i’ve had to leave on numerous occasions, also they are thiefs when it comes to the beakfast menu. If you ask for a footlong you will be charged 2x 6 inches when less than 5 minutes away at the better subway store on market street you are charged just an extra £1.20 no reason for this apart from ‘we’re a franchise store’ NEWS FLASH they are all franchise stores.UPDATE **Franchise owner Johnny rang back and tried to swift talk his way out of it. “Miss hennessy you were only charged an extra £2.10” well Johnny it is £2.10 for a 6 inch. The mistake he made tho is that he let me know that his prices are not clearly displayed so i will be calling customer services again
