Very poor customer service!A friend suggested I try The Blue brick so I went to check it out.Unfortunately me and my family were treated as an inconvenience, the food was shocking, my Sausages were hot but looked like they had just come out of the freezer ( I wish I took a picture). We asked for another plate of eggs and Hash browns and it came untimely and without cutlery. When I asked my child to get some cutlery the staff member shouted " don't do that I'll get it". We left there and then as we should of been presented with a clean set of cutlery when the food had arrived. The member of staff who served us didn't feel approachable and failed to do her job a number of timesI will not be visiting again and I and gutted I wasted my time and money attending. On the way out another couple stated that the customer service was dier and felt rushed.Such ashame! Please consider hiring staff who are friendly and actually want to work their shift. I am friendly wherever I go so I know it wasn't me who was the problem.

Had a nice birthday lunch for Family member, good menu choices as well as a 2 mains for 9.49 Mon- Fri.. for starters I had the brie bites and they were amazing I was going to order a second round but wanted to be sure I finished my main... had the nachos without the meat they were nice...For my main I had the cheeseburger.. a nice meaty patty.. overall can't complain...Service was great and with a big smile.Free parking for diners. Very accommodating, clean . Forgot to take photos this time around.

Our waitress was lovely, but sadly the food was basic, the waitress had to check if they had enough food for my roast dinner, while my friend couldn’t have her meal as they had no Yorkshire puddings, the restaurant was quiet for lunchtime. We order apple Betty dessert which was amazing. Would I go again? No

I am sure this is a pleasant place to visit but it is best avoided when when it is used as an away fans pub. In those cases it is far too busy and rather unpleasant.

Arrived at 5pm told by lady on reception that it was fully booked went back 5minutes later another lady on reception told us that it was fully booked, went on website, booked a table for two for 5,30pm she seemed surprised and wanted to see the booking on my phone, showed us to a table! The meal was ok the service can only be described as laid back, we would have liked a sweet but we would have been in there until midnight, to ease pressure on them we didn't order any drinks and we certainly didn't leave any tips, thanks for ruining our night out! We think the two ladies on reception were just finishing their shifts and wanted to get rid of us

We visited the Blue Brick twice during December, on both occasions the food and service was excellent. A lovely lady called Tracy helped us with the menu as we had both forgotten our glasses. Will definitely be returning.

Well where do I start ... we came to support the hospitality trade locally and to celebrate new year's eve and a birthday. We were a family of ten ... had a nice meal and service was slow , we waited along time for the bill and went to the till to pay .We had a carparking fine saying we were over 3 hours !Called spoke to manager was told not alot they could , went down to take paperwork and was met with "yes my daughter had them" not relevant at all also there is enough signposts around telling you . Which I don't deny but who on new year's eve night clock watches ?Well I can honestly say I will never use your service. Which again is a shame as we were looking on booking a big birthday meal this year . I have told people to stay away as you can't relax as you have to clock watch . Terrible terrible way to thank your customers ..

We had Chicken burger, fish & chips and Gammon steak, all great, followed by apple Betty and chocolate brownie, all great. Reasonable prices but quite slow service.

Relaxing atmosphere. Tasty food, value for your money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to park.

Great enthusiastic welcome from the staff. Arrived early and got my booking early too. Was seated at a window seat, the sun was shining in my eyes so I asked for another table and was provided a better table. The food and drink was the quality expected but they had forgotten about my dessert order which meant it was delayed and they didn't have any brandy behind the bar. Always a staff member on hand to help. Still it was a nice atmosphere and responsibly priced. If in wolves worth booking if u want a quieter dining experience. Suitable for families and they also have a outside seating area.
