A bit of a disappointing experience. Long wait time...an hour is advised but it was more like 1.5. I'm not sure how you can function on these lead times. People don't want to wait that long for a mixy! Although the food was ok, service was average and lots of mistakes made with the order. Would try again as its a lovely place...more staff needed to improve the experience.

Bit of a kids bar with teeny boppers jumping around everywhere. The stench of weed outside the premesis is also off putting. They're catering to a younger crowd who have very little money to spend and it's the first time they're allowed out on their own. Not for everyone. And that jatt life flavoured vodka shots they were passing around = awful. Just like glens vodka with artifical flavouring. Avoid that vodka at all costs. Not sure if it's their house vodka or something.

Bar staff are so rude.. Total ignore you and walk off after serving, obviously they were there friends and new costumers are not important after being recommended by friends, and coming from another city with a group of people for food and drinks. Will not be returning

Not a good experience. The food was ordered at 7pm and came out about 8.30pm. Looking at the other reviews it seems to be the norm.Poor service. Eveb if they say the wait can be long... you know not to keep the customer waiting longer than you have to. Orders mixed up ....Suggest they get more than one person to work in the kitchen. Its meant to be a grill place fast and hot food

This place will not disappoint. A great selection of drinks and a fantastic pint!! The food is delicious. The mixed grill is probably the best I've had in a long time! They've also started doing breakfast too. A great selection whatever you fancy! Family orientated but somewhere you can go with a group of mates too. They have these really good booths that help make you feel secluded from the rest of the pub.The staff are very helpful and we're knowledgeable on the large selection of draught and top shelf drinks they have on offer. All round fantastic. Would definitely recommend! There's a car park area to the front of the pub and a huge garden bar area.

Possible the worst experience this morning 3/4/22. Came in order waiting nearly 2 hours for my breakfast in the end came out with a full refund after spending £50 and went elsewhere. The poor lad joe was rushed of his feet definitely management need to look into rota and support for the lad. Chefs are incompetent. Management definitely need to look into the situation. Management need to fix the situation. Also we ordered teas and coffee apparently there was no cups. And had to wait 15 minutes for cups to be washed.

Very dissapointing. Visited here with family who have travelled to The Midlands, ordered protas, my sister waited 1hr and 10mins, her and her family ate and left for their journey home. We sat there for 1hour 30mins, still no sign of our food. In the end we asked for a refund and left this place. Never visiting again, a total waste of our morning. Alot of families were also getting refunds and leaving. Management need to re evaluate this.

Absolutely terrible i live not far from there. It took 2 hours to arrive! Waste of my time… I ordered a chicken tikka, rice and some nan bread. I got my rice and nan bread but not my curry i ordered. I got a spicy curry that i never ordered and i never wanted. Waste of money and time. Never ordering from here again. Awful curry my sister can’t even eat it since it’s so spicy! Disgraceful

Let me start on a positive, the food is lovely, really fresh and a reasonable price. What isn't reasonable is the customer service and staff. I placed my food order at 3.55pm (considering the kitchen doesn't open until 4pm I thought i would get my food quickly). My food was served at 5.05pm - a full 1 hour and 10 minutes later and that was only after I had to complain. Two people who ordered after me received their food first, which tipped me off that something may not be quite right, apparently the staff member I ordered with never bothered to tell the kitchen I had ordered before finishing his shift. Now, I've worked in hospitality before, and I know the minimum I should have received was an apology, which I didn't. Instead I was greeted with attitude that it simply wasn't the their fault (the new staff member this is).In all it seems if you are a local or regular you may get on best here. For the quality of the food the hassle of possibly not getting my food in the end when I had places to be later just isn't worth it. lackadaisical staff just don't cut it for me.

First time eating here last night and overall, I really enjoyed it and definitely would be back! 😀 Great looking place, seems really family friendly and looks like a real hub for a diverse mix of people which is also great to see! The food was great! I was hungry but wanted to try a few things so I ordered the panko crumb prawns, fish pakoras, the sizzling lamb chops and fries (I was advised that the plates were small and was kinda persuaded to order an extra dish and chose calamari) really loved my food! The pakoras were light but meaty, and there was lots of them! Same with the prawns really, good portion and although the lamp chops were only 3 in number, they were really, really good!!! I was disappointed with the calamari and only finished a third of what seemed like 90 rings of it haha... For me it was really chewy and quite rubbery. I did make a note of informing the staff but was advised that they had changed suppliers and everyone else really likes it... So, maybe it's just me then 🤷🏾‍♂️ My friend had a paneer burger with chilli chips which she absolutely enjoyed too! 😀 The wait for food is long, really long lol... But, the food is fresh and really tasty so it is worth the wait I think. The service is also really slow, waiting for ages for someone to notice you need something and then ages to come back with it... So can't give them a five but I did enjoy my eve and I'd like to think I'd go back!
