The George Wallis in Wolverhampton

Giving it 4 stars based on expectations. It is a perfectly nice place to go for a simple meal or a drink. Could have been a bit cleaner. Good prices and good service.Returned on 10/04/22 and couldn't fault the place. Much cleaner and great service

Great meeting place before kick off at Molineux. Gets v busy but usually well staffed. Never been in on a non matchday tho

When we arrived at the pub,all the tables were reserved,we managed to find an unreserved table,but I still informed the assistant manager,that the pubs policy,on reserving all tables,instead of a percentage of them,was a bad idea,apart from this issue,the food was delicious.

Food was absolutely disgusting burger was cold it was a stale bun had about 5 chips like it had been rushed the nachos was absolutely pathetic 😑 I do not recommend the food here. It looks nice and quiet and it's a nice pub with friendly staff but keep away from the food is my advise, I got food poisoning so no offence George Wallis the food needs to be sorted out. But I do love the pub.

Had a great time , food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed it. 2 for 1 cocktails too. Bar staff pleasant and helpful

The food was shocking but we hadn't eaten since breakfast so ate it. How the kitchen and waiting on staff thought it was acceptable to serve it to a paying customer is an insult to all your customers!

The cocktails are cheap and nice, they weren't serving food the day I went

Nice layout, good drinks selection and food. Plenty of space and no crowds. Reasonable prices

Nice pub with a good atmosphere. The food portions are a lot bigger than anticipated which is nice. The meal deals offer good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would eat here again.
