The Moseley Park in Wolverhampton

Always been good here but last visit was a bit of a let down. Staff were great, delay on food which the did explain and they kept us updated. Few things not available but didn't affect our menu choice. However...the so called sharing starter of loaded nachos was a disgrace, the portion was barely enough for one. Apparently quite a few had mentioned it, I would suggest the management take heed and perhaps research the term 'sharing portion' !!

Staying over for a business meeting today and had a drink at the pub next to the hotel. Waiting at the door due to waiting on a taxi and it was raining. We were only taking up half the doorway, not exactly blocking it. However, the manager came out and quite rudely asked us to unblock the doorway. We were doing no harm and people could easily pass. Lost business as we won't be coming back for drinks later! Only interested in the money! One positive point would be the friendliness and helpfulness of the female bar staff. They were lovely : )

Although booked table in advance told on arrival 45 minute wait on food. Presented with a list of out if stock from menu too. Food was not brilliant when eventually turned up. Only positive waitress was lovely and checked on us for drinks.

A fantastic restaurant with a great menu, warm friendly welcome and busy but not overbearing ambience. I visit this place every week and wouldn’t do that if I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere and food.Special mention to Leanne, Sarah, Emma, Natalie, Jess and Charlotte for always making me feel so welcome.

Good beefeater, very friendly staff. I had the double bacon and cheeseburger which was excellent. A good quality burger! My wife had the open chicken sandwich which she said was OK, but would not have again, hence 4 stars not 5.

Lovely night. Waitress Sarah was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Food was lovely, fillet steak medium cooked was perfect along with jacket potato, salad and cheese cake to follow. Would definitely go again.

We had a party here on Saturday and I just can't praise the staff enough, especially Keisha (not sure on spelling sorry). Nothing was too much trouble for them. Keisha even helped with getting my sister upstairs to her surprise party by telling a fib, absolutely fab. My Mother was taken ill early into our evening and they even looked after her! Thank you so much for your compassion. Above and beyond customer service!My husband and I had never been here before but we definitely will be using it now. The food was great.

Great staff and lovely food. Sadly NHS blue light card wasn't accepted on festive menu. If I had known I would have ordered off the main menu. Other than that a great evening thank you

Nice busy place with a wide range food.

Because of HGV driver shortage (covid related) lots of items unavailable from menu but food we got was tasty. The issue we had was that even though the restaurant was nearly empty all the customers were seated on adjoinng tables. Why when social distancing is still recommended indoors did they put us all together?
