Lots of Space. A lot People could be fitted in, good Music System, just you have to Hire DJ if you want and choose the Food yourself from else where. It's a lot of Space outside and it's really nice for a wedding, nice Fontaine is there too! You can make a Beautiful Pictures! Tables cleaned quickly! Kids can play outside too because of Space + the Carpark is amazing, because there is a lot of Space too!Just don't know anything about the Rooms, because I never been there..

We held our wedding reception here and was a little worried has we had heard some bad things after we had booked it and to be honest was even more worried when the wedding planner left and the lady that took over was only working part time and there seemed to be very little communication from them, but after going and seeing a lovely lad called Connor I felt much more settled he really knew what he was doing and I have to say the day went off without an hitch. I have to thank Connor & Kelly for running our wedding they were both amazing

This place is so, so bad! My wife has a disability and we originally booked a suite. We were downgraded due to plumbing issues. Turns out the few stairs they mentioned to get up to the suites is actually a full blown flight with twists & turns. Had the suite been ok to use, I'm not sure how she would have got up there. As mentioned, this is after their advice "it's a few stairs". Not ideal when you're planning a trip for a person with disabilities. Lift also out of service. Upon arrival we were greeted by the not so "with it" Aaron on reception. He was dealing with the small matter of informing a hen party men would be walking round in the hotel with their swimming gear on, due to the fact the Men's changing rooms are out of service. The Spa isn't directly attached to the hotel you see. When greeted us he seemed ever so pleased to inform us that we'd been upgraded and are saving 200 pounds. He didn't get the memo. Anyway the room (family) we were downgraded to was disgusting. Carpets dirty. Towel rack doesn't heat. Cold bathroom floor. Dirty patio area. No water in room. No bath robes. No shower gel. No hand wash. Court hearings blocking accessible route. Yes, court hearings with no warning. Shabby breakfast! We had a wedding to attend for a 9 am start. We planned to leave the hotel at 8:40. We decided to arrange room service for 8am sharp. We discussed how important this timing was due to managing my wife's condition & getting ready.it was 25 minutes late. Aaron again on reception not reading handover notes from previous staff. No apology. This place is not as advertised.

My wife and I booked a three night stay for a weekend. On arrival we were asked for a ÂŁ150 deposit if we wanted to charge anything to the room which seemed unusual. Also, the male changing rooms for the pool were under renovation but we were told that a dressing gown and slippers could be provided, again with a deposit upfront. We declined both. Our bath leaked very badly and by day 2 the carpet in the bedroom had become sodden. We were offered a lesser room for one night for a 20% deduction which we haven't received. In the morning our key was deactivated early so we couldn't access the room after the buffet breakfast (where all of the cooked item choices were empty). On day three, we were moved back to a suitable room but again we had issues with the key and the receptionist didn't know how to make it work. There was a wedding function and although we had booked dinner and had been asked by email to confirm the booking, we were told on the night that the restaurant was closed. We have since been asked to review the restaurant. Shambles. The bar had previously been dominated by a group of swearing men so we were reluctant to go in there again, and when squealing children from the wedding were running all over the corridors, and outside our patio, we'd had enough and checked out a day early. Park Hall is not how it is advertised. Not relaxing at all.

Gate to entrance broken, had to wait a good while to gain entry.Spa visit - door to steam room broken therefore unable to use.Pool not in use for a while due to broken glass from steam room.Unable to get food as hotel being used for court therefore do not provide food for spa visitors. Ordered food to spa, had to walk over to main hotel in gown to obtain cutlery.Treatments were great, staff were friendly mostly.Upkeep a bit shappy panels left in court yard, wire spread across floor...little dangerous. Door in changing room leading to pipes on floor.Conservatory was lovely and peaceful.

We had our wedding here it was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for us it was the perfect day.We wouldn’t have changed anything. Connor the event organiser was so on the ball with everything, the food was amazing. I would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is definitely not what it used to be! Facilities are dated and overpriced.I booked a spa experience for myself and my husband, the changing rooms were horrible, mould on mirrors, sewage smell, exposed pipes, far from luxury! The sun lounge area was tired and dirty, pool area was full of rowdy men, not a relaxing experience at all, as we booked on a weekend we had to pay a premium price, definitely a waste of money!Anju’s restaurant was the best thing about this hotel, had excellent food and service, such a shame that this has closed for good. The new menu available at the orangery just doesn’t cut it!Unfortunate!

If I could give no star I would ! Booked this hall for my wedding for June, was told we would be having a meeting in January, no communication till the end of January to be told they have cancelled our booking due to a extended contract with the courts . The only thing they could do was give our deposit back for the hall, clearly these people don’t know how weddings work with the amount of plannings and booking. Was sent a contract to sign to say “ The signing of this document demonstrates your acceptance of the full refund of monies paid to the hotel with no further liability for either party”. The alternatives they offered were double in price! Dealing with these people you can tell they are made from bricks. If they do weddings in the future please avoid they will ruin your special day !!!

Our first visit to hotel. Staff very welcoming the barmaid that work this weekend had excellent customer service and maid my partner and I very welcome. The food was nice fish and chips I definitely recommend. The only down side is spa and pool could be bigger. Would definitely stay there again

Not enough staff by a long way and service therefore very poor. Staff were lovely but could only do so much. Meal booked to start at 8 pm but received starters at 9.15 and dessert wasnt served until 10.30. Everything garnished with cress, even dessert. Spent a lot of the night waiting to be served at the bar which really spoilt the event we were attending and bedrooms were icy cold and soulless. On a good note everywhere was clean, public areas were very nice and breakfast was good.
