The Sunbeam in Wolverhampton

Pub is nice enough with good memorabilia from the sunbeam factory. Staff were great.My only issue was the food. Ordered a mix grill and asked for my steak to be medium rare. It wasn't. Just a grey chunk of over cooked fatty meat. I was waiting for our server to come over and ask if everything was OK. The visit never came.I was about to complain at the bar but then the lady on the next table fell ill and I called an ambulance.My partners chicken and waffles was dry as if it had been kept warm for ages.Kids meals were wolfed down with out any issue. Could have been more pasta served to be honest.By the end of my meal there was quite a bit that was not very good.

Amazing experience again. Never had a bad one. Danni was amazing with helping us with out food to our drinks. Very polite and professionalWill definitely return again

This place was just one of those off the cuff moments and to be honest it was one of the best places I have a actually been to not just for a drink in the sun but for food. Absolutely amazing for food, drinks and the overall experience. Great staff can't do enough for you. Definitely worth a look.

Popped in today for a meal and had salmon salad. Great meal served by Stacey. Really enjoyed the meal. Always enjoyed the Sunbeam. Friendly and quick staff especially Stacey. Whatever you are paying her...double it. She is more than worth it! Well done Sunbeam.

Very very disappointing. Had lunch here with my daughter at 12pm, the pub was quite empty so was expecting good, quick service.When ordering my food at the bar, half way through ordering the lady serving me started talking to somebody else who just walked in and mis heard what I already said so had to repeat myself. Sat down and my daughters meal came out quickly. I waited 10 minutes (still no sign of my meal and pub was still quiet). I asked a waitress where my meal was and she checked with the kitchen and she told me it will be ready now, still waited a few more minutes.Finally my dinner came, I had the big plate hunters chicken and it did look impressive however tasted rubbery and was just horrible. I ordered hunters chicken as it is one of my favourite meals. I ate half (with a struggle) and had to leave the rest. Luckily I already ordered desert (chocolate fudge cake which was lovely) otherwise I would of just left feeling hungry.Overall very disappointed with service and food. Won't be returning.

This was my first introduction to black pudding, which I ordered alongside the full English breakfast. It was delicious! Love the food and the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the nice view of the city outside. Staff was friendly and the whole place was cozy.

We found this place on route from the station into town. We were looking for somewhere to have breakfast and this place hit the right spot with a great selection of breakfast choices. Stacey and the other staff were friendly and helpful and the food came quickly. It has a relaxed atmosphere and had a great selection of music playing.

The Sunbeam is Located by the train station and grand theatre. It's a nice comfortable place with a relaxed atmosphere. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance. It is well furnished and clean .There is a large food and drinks menu. The food was tasty and didn't take long to be served.Staff are very friendly and helpful and would definitely use this place again

Lovely pub with great, responsive staff. Opted for the mixed grill, and it was beautiful. Staff check that the meal's enjoyable; little touches you don't always get at a chain pub. Highly recommended.
