Best Chinese in Wolvo! been using West Pool since the 90s and always had delicious food at reasonable prices.

Credit where credit is due! Order special curry, chicken chow Mein , sweet and sour chicken balls, fried rice and chips. The food was cooked fresh, tasted lovely and the whole family enjoyed their meal and was delivered quickly.

We only ever order our Chinese from here and have done for 20 years. Their food is always excellent, delivered correctly as per order and on time. Looking forward to tonight’s meal!

This Chinese won’t even let you collect your food without a mask despite valid exemptions. Mask wearing in the U.K. due to covid is no longer a LEGAL requirement anyway so don’t understand why they are been so arsy. The quality of food has declined recently anyway, so it was nearing that time to find a new local Chinese anyway.

Amazing, I went in to order as phones were mega busy (always a good sign), totally worth it, I haven't ordered from here for years and now I won't go anywhere else the food was freaking awesome! The guy on reception is friendly aswell :)

I have just read the review below , I came here after my own experience an hour ago !!! It makes me feel even worse. I have health reasons as to why I cannot wear a mask, I attended the shop to order some food, I was refused service and told it was the owners policy. I tried to ask about the equality act and government guidance and it was all dismissed, the lady owner has made her rules and that's it. I'm deeply distressed I will be sending in a formal complaint

Called 14.06.2021 to order a Chinese to collect. Before I ordered I was informed to wear a mask upon collection. Due to health reasons, I have an exception card. Which I informed the man on the phone.I was informed that this would not be good enough and I must wear a mask regardless of an exception card or not.Totally unexceptional. My regular Chinese restaurant, letting me down and unapologetic in the process.West pool... Its a no from me!!

Quiet, so didn't have to wait long for food. Covid Safe which is good. I had Vegetables with Crispy ToFu with the latter not being crispy at all. False advertising!! I've had the dish before which was a lot tastier than this evening.Reasonably priced and pleasant staff.

Had the best takeaway curry on Tuesday that I have had in months. The ones local to me have all gone downhill so I thought I'd try an old favourite, it didn't dissapoint. The young man who served me was lovely too. I shall definitely be a returning customer. 😁
